【摘要】：電信故障處理管理系統(tǒng)是中國(guó)電信集團(tuán)運(yùn)行維護(hù)支撐系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵子系統(tǒng),可以對(duì)電信業(yè)務(wù)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的故障信息進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)地跟蹤和處理,同時(shí)對(duì)故障相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)和文件進(jìn)行歸檔,方便以后對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)。本文在了解目前電信集團(tuán)故障處理系統(tǒng)缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)電信故障處理管理系統(tǒng)的需求調(diào)研、可行性研究、建設(shè)目標(biāo)、相關(guān)技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)等方面做了全面分析后,再結(jié)合組件、XML(eXtensible Markup Language)和工作流(JBPM)技術(shù),給出一種基于XML的組件化工作流建模方法。并利用該方法最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了故障工單從申告、受理、派單、接受、轉(zhuǎn)單、回復(fù)、銷障,到歸檔的一整套工作流流程。為中國(guó)電信集團(tuán)提供技術(shù)支持。本文根據(jù)故障處理的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),提出系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有面向最終用戶的流程靈活定制的特點(diǎn),同時(shí)系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式的整體框架,即瀏覽器與服務(wù)器交互的方式。為用戶的使用帶來(lái)靈活性和便利性。本系統(tǒng)通過(guò)對(duì)故障工單的跟蹤和處理,能及時(shí)了解電信業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)所存在的故障信息,從而實(shí)時(shí)的去處理這些電信故障并有針對(duì)性的去維護(hù),有效地減少電信集團(tuán)公司系統(tǒng)發(fā)生故障的次數(shù)。顯著地提高了電信集團(tuán)公司系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的效率。
[Abstract]:The telecom fault management system is the key subsystem of the operation and maintenance support system of China Telecom Group. It can track and process the fault information of the telecom business in real time. At the same time, the fault-related data and documents are archived to facilitate the later analysis and statistics of the data. On the basis of understanding the shortcomings of the current fault management system of telecom group, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the demand investigation, feasibility study, construction goal, related technology, system design and implementation of the telecom fault management system. Combined with component XML (extensible markup language) and workflow (JBPM) technology, a component workflow modeling method based on XML is presented. Finally, this method is used to realize a whole set of workflow flow from declaration, acceptance, dispatch, acceptance, transfer, reply, cancellation and archiving. Provide technical support to China Telecom Group. According to the actual characteristics of fault handling, this paper puts forward that the system should have the characteristic of flexible customization of the flow oriented to the end user. At the same time, the system adopts the whole frame of the B / S mode, that is, the way of the interaction between browser and server. Bring flexibility and convenience to users. Through the tracking and processing of the fault work list, the system can understand the fault information of the telecommunication service system in time, so as to deal with these telecom failures in real time and to maintain them pertinently. Effectively reduce the number of system failures in telecom group companies. The system operation efficiency of telecom group company is improved significantly.
