基于J2EE的銀行招聘信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行屬于知識(shí)密集型行業(yè),專業(yè)人才對(duì)于銀行的發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的作用。將軟件系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到銀行招聘工作中,能夠提升招聘業(yè)務(wù)的信息化水平。本文以某商業(yè)銀行為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)銀行招聘信息系統(tǒng),為銀行招聘工作提供信息化辦公平臺(tái)。信息系統(tǒng)選擇以RUP模型作為生命周期,將系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)劃分為若干時(shí)間階段,在每一個(gè)時(shí)間階段中通過若干工作流的循環(huán)完成對(duì)應(yīng)階段目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)。以Web體系結(jié)構(gòu)作為系統(tǒng)的組織架構(gòu)形式,J2EE作為系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)平臺(tái)。全面調(diào)研了招聘信息系統(tǒng)的使用者類型,把系統(tǒng)使用者劃分成為多種參與者。以UML用例圖構(gòu)建了對(duì)于各種參與者功能需求的圖形化描述模型。分析了招聘業(yè)務(wù)中若干業(yè)務(wù)的執(zhí)行過程,構(gòu)建了業(yè)物流圖與數(shù)據(jù)流圖,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)于業(yè)務(wù)流程的建模。將本項(xiàng)目劃分成為View、Logic、DAL的三層結(jié)構(gòu)體系。View層是應(yīng)用程序客戶端構(gòu)建層,其用于創(chuàng)建客戶端交互界面。Logic層具有應(yīng)用程序邏輯處理的作用,其具有若干業(yè)務(wù)邏輯類與方法,分別響應(yīng)客戶端的各種請(qǐng)求。DAL層是應(yīng)用程序的數(shù)據(jù)訪問管理層,通過該層次中的數(shù)據(jù)訪問類,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)于各個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫表的讀寫。把軟件系統(tǒng)劃分成為四個(gè)功能模塊,包括系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維模塊、職位管理模塊、招聘管理模塊和錄用管理模塊。設(shè)計(jì)了每一個(gè)功能模塊的數(shù)據(jù)庫ER模型,綜合得的數(shù)據(jù)庫的總體ER模型,并將轉(zhuǎn)換形成了數(shù)據(jù)庫關(guān)系模型。按照功能模塊劃分,實(shí)現(xiàn)了各個(gè)功能模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)模型,完成了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與測試。銀行招聘信息系統(tǒng)能夠滿足用戶在招聘業(yè)務(wù)中的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)處理需求,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,提升了招聘工作的信息化程度。
[Abstract]:The commercial bank belongs to the knowledge-intensive industry, the specialized personnel has the vital function to the bank development. The application of software system to bank recruitment can improve the information level of recruitment business. This paper takes a commercial bank as the research object, designs and develops the bank recruitment information system, provides the information office platform for the bank recruitment work. The Rup model is chosen as the life cycle of the information system. The development of the system is divided into several time stages. Web architecture is taken as the organizational structure of the system and J2EE is used as the development platform of the system. The user types of the recruitment information system are investigated, and the system users are divided into a variety of participants. The UML use case diagram is used to construct a graphical description model for the functional requirements of various participants. This paper analyzes the execution process of some business in the recruitment business, constructs the industry logistics diagram and the data flow diagram, and realizes the modeling of the business process. This project is divided into three layers structure system. View layer is the client building layer of application program, which is used to create client interface. Logic layer has the function of application logic processing, and it has several business logic classes and methods. In response to various requests from the client, the Dal layer is the data access management layer of the application program. Through the data access classes in this layer, the database tables can be read and written. The software system is divided into four functional modules, including system operation and maintenance module, position management module, recruitment management module and employment management module. The database ER model of each function module is designed, the overall ER model of the database is synthesized, and the database relational model is transformed into a database relational model. According to the functional module division, the detailed design of each functional module is realized. According to the design model of the system, the development and test of the system are completed. The bank recruitment information system can meet the needs of the users in the recruitment business, the system runs stably, and improves the information level of the recruitment work.
