基于OA系統(tǒng)性能測(cè)試的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代日新月異的飛速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的辦公系統(tǒng)也開(kāi)始更新?lián)Q代,由傳統(tǒng)的線下模式逐漸的走向了信息化、智能化。在企業(yè)級(jí)辦公的日常環(huán)境當(dāng)中OA系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)全面的滲入其中。而隨著市面上針對(duì)于OA系統(tǒng)功能的開(kāi)發(fā)日漸成熟,OA軟件的性能也越來(lái)越受到用戶的重視,但是當(dāng)前大部分OA系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)成員對(duì)于其性能測(cè)試的重視程度卻并未達(dá)到用戶的需求,而導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品最終被用戶拋棄。所以性能的高下直接決定了一款OA產(chǎn)品的成敗。因此,研究OA系統(tǒng)的性能至關(guān)重要。首先,本文通過(guò)了解OA系統(tǒng)在當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下性能需求的背景,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)下OA系統(tǒng)性能測(cè)試未受到重視的問(wèn)題。分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于性能測(cè)試的研究進(jìn)展、軟件測(cè)試的概念和分類。并針對(duì)OA產(chǎn)品的架構(gòu),分析對(duì)比當(dāng)前主流性能測(cè)試工具后,決定使用loadrunner作為本次性能測(cè)試的工具。其次,本文制定了一套關(guān)于OA系統(tǒng)性能測(cè)試的完整解決方案,包括前期性能測(cè)試專用環(huán)境的搭建、性能測(cè)試腳本的編寫(xiě)、和具體測(cè)試場(chǎng)景的實(shí)施以及最后測(cè)試結(jié)果的分析。當(dāng)中的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析說(shuō)明、并在此過(guò)程中設(shè)計(jì)了環(huán)境搭建過(guò)程中的自動(dòng)部署腳本,無(wú)論是對(duì)版本的發(fā)布、升級(jí)更新都具有極強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值。最終顯著的提升了性能測(cè)試的效率。最后,本論文針對(duì)OA系統(tǒng)多個(gè)場(chǎng)景的性能測(cè)試報(bào)告進(jìn)行了逐一分析。并在性能測(cè)試實(shí)施過(guò)程當(dāng)中監(jiān)控服務(wù)器資源,通過(guò)收集和分析服務(wù)器系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)資源指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)后,揭示了 OA系統(tǒng)性能產(chǎn)生瓶頸的原因并提出改進(jìn)方案。通過(guò)配置服務(wù)器nginx負(fù)載均衡,有效的縮短了請(qǐng)求響應(yīng)時(shí)間,提升了服務(wù)器的性能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet era, the traditional office system also began to update, from the traditional offline mode gradually to information, intelligent. In the daily environment of enterprise office, OA system has completely infiltrated into it. With the development of OA system function in the market, the performance of OA software has been paid more and more attention by users. However, most of the OA system development members have not paid enough attention to the performance test of OA system. As a result, the product is eventually abandoned by the user. Therefore, the performance of the next directly determines the success or failure of a OA product. Therefore, it is very important to study the performance of OA system. First of all, through understanding the background of OA system performance requirements in the current situation, we find that the current OA system performance testing has not been paid attention to. The research progress of performance testing at home and abroad, the concept and classification of software testing are analyzed. According to the architecture of OA products, this paper analyzes and compares the current mainstream performance testing tools, and then decides to use loadrunner as the performance testing tool. Secondly, this paper makes a complete solution about the performance test of OA system, including the construction of the performance test environment, the writing of the performance test script, the implementation of the specific test scenario and the analysis of the final test results. Every link is analyzed and explained in detail, and in this process, the automatic deployment script is designed in the process of setting up the environment. Whether the release of the version or the update is of great practical value. Finally, the efficiency of performance testing is significantly improved. Finally, the performance test report of OA system is analyzed one by one. After collecting and analyzing the resource index data of the server system, this paper reveals the cause of the bottleneck in the performance of OA system and puts forward the improvement scheme. By configuring server nginx load balance, the request response time is shortened effectively, and the performance of the server is improved.
