【摘要】:隨著生活水平的提高,人們?cè)絹?lái)越關(guān)注個(gè)人健康狀況。而人口老齡化、亞健康問題的加劇,導(dǎo)致醫(yī)療資源無(wú)法滿足社會(huì)需求。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,為健康監(jiān)護(hù)提供了有力的技術(shù)支持。人們可隨時(shí)采集生理數(shù)據(jù),通過藍(lán)牙、zigbee等通信技術(shù)傳輸?shù)揭苿?dòng)終端,還可進(jìn)一步上傳到遠(yuǎn)程服務(wù)器。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的健康監(jiān)護(hù)還存在很多問題,其中最亟待解決的是設(shè)備制造商和健康服務(wù)提供商都使用私有協(xié)議,個(gè)人健康設(shè)備與外界之間缺乏通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這就導(dǎo)致不同廠商制造的設(shè)備、終端以及服務(wù)之間無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)互連互通,要有效地將個(gè)人健康設(shè)備采集到的生理數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)竭h(yuǎn)程支持服務(wù)器非常困難。健康數(shù)據(jù)通信協(xié)議的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,不僅使制造商和服務(wù)提供商降低生產(chǎn)成本、擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)范圍,還使用戶以更低的費(fèi)用獲取更多元化的健康監(jiān)護(hù)服務(wù)。在國(guó)際上,來(lái)自國(guó)際企業(yè)、規(guī)范機(jī)構(gòu)和專業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的代表共同制定ISO/IEEE11073 Personal Health Device系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本課題首先分析健康監(jiān)護(hù)市場(chǎng)和IEEE11073 PHD協(xié)議的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,認(rèn)為IEEE11073將會(huì)成為健康領(lǐng)域的核心標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文基于11073協(xié)議設(shè)計(jì)了一套健康監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng),它由血壓計(jì)、Android智能終端和遠(yuǎn)程支持服務(wù)器組成,通過藍(lán)牙HDP和HTTP協(xié)議進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。藍(lán)牙HDP協(xié)議棧的底層通過藍(lán)牙技術(shù)通信,而應(yīng)用層通過11073封裝數(shù)據(jù)。Android智能終端軟件接收并顯示來(lái)自血壓計(jì)的信息,同時(shí)提供用戶管理、緊急呼叫、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)等功能模塊。服務(wù)器端軟件利用Tomcat技術(shù)搭建虛擬服務(wù)器,并使用Servlet+JSP實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)器功能,醫(yī)生可通過瀏覽器查看用戶記錄。健康監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)完成后,分別對(duì)每個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果證明IEEE11073協(xié)議在健康監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)中可行。這為今后健康協(xié)議的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化提供了重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards, people are paying more and more attention to personal health. The aging of the population and the intensification of the sub health problems have led to the lack of medical resources to meet the needs of the society. The rapid development of the Internet of things and mobile Internet technology has provided a strong technical support for health care. People can collect physiological data at any time, through Bluetooth, Zi Gbee and other communication technologies are transmitted to mobile terminals and can be further uploaded to remote servers. At present, there are many problems in the domestic health care system. Among them, the most urgent problem is the use of private agreements between equipment manufacturers and health service providers, and the lack of communication standards between individual health equipment and the outside world. This leads to different factories. It is difficult to transfer the physiological data collected by personal health devices to remote support servers effectively. The standardization of the health data communication protocol will not only reduce the cost of production, expand the market range, but also make the users more effective. Low cost access to a more diversified health care service. Internationally, representatives from international enterprises, regulatory agencies and professional associations jointly formulate the ISO/IEEE11073 Personal Health Device series standards. This topic first analyzes the development of the health care market and the IEEE11073 PHD protocol, and believes that IEEE11073 will become a health field. Based on the 11073 protocol, this paper designs a set of health monitoring system, which consists of the sphygmomanometer, Android intelligent terminal and remote support server. The data transmission is carried out through Bluetooth HDP and HTTP protocol. The Bluetooth HDP protocol stack is communicated by Bluetooth technology at the bottom of the Bluetooth protocol stack, and the application layer encapsulates the data.Android intelligent terminal software through the package of data. Receive and display information from the sphygmomanometer, and provide user management, emergency call, data storage and other functional modules. Server software uses Tomcat technology to build virtual servers, and uses Servlet+JSP to implement server functions. Doctors can check users' records through browsers. The test results show that the IEEE11073 protocol is feasible in the health monitoring system, which provides an important basis for the standardization of health protocols in the future.
