基于Android平臺(tái)的商場(chǎng)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)的蓬勃發(fā)展為實(shí)體零售業(yè)帶來(lái)了新一輪的行業(yè)革新,基于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的商場(chǎng)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)作為傳統(tǒng)實(shí)體商業(yè)集團(tuán)在移動(dòng)電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的商務(wù)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)解決方案,不但可以迎合消費(fèi)者的線上消費(fèi)習(xí)慣,而且可以輔助支持線下?tīng)I(yíng)銷(xiāo)模式,能夠增加大型商場(chǎng)與消費(fèi)者的互動(dòng),并提升消費(fèi)者的消費(fèi)體驗(yàn)與消費(fèi)粘性,從而達(dá)到以線上業(yè)務(wù)帶動(dòng)線下銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)的最終目的。本文描述了一個(gè)商場(chǎng)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)容和完成過(guò)程,以某實(shí)體商業(yè)集團(tuán)作為業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了用于整合集團(tuán)旗下各商戶資源的商場(chǎng)服務(wù)管理后臺(tái),建設(shè)了開(kāi)放給所有消費(fèi)者的、能夠?qū)下業(yè)務(wù)模式具備輔助作用的商場(chǎng)服務(wù)移動(dòng)終端平臺(tái)。(1)通過(guò)基于用例的需求分析,明確了系統(tǒng)的前后臺(tái)內(nèi)容和邊界劃分,確定了后臺(tái)系統(tǒng)和移動(dòng)終端系統(tǒng)的主要概念模塊和基本業(yè)務(wù)邏輯。(2)基于MVC思想設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于J2EE技術(shù)架構(gòu)平臺(tái)的商場(chǎng)服務(wù)管理后臺(tái),用于整合旗下各商戶資源,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的資源數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)掌握市場(chǎng)動(dòng)向的趨勢(shì)。商場(chǎng)服務(wù)管理后臺(tái)主要分為系統(tǒng)權(quán)限管理模塊、商場(chǎng)業(yè)務(wù)管理模塊以及運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)管理模塊。通過(guò)流程圖以及類(lèi)圖等UML方式描述了后臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的主要業(yè)務(wù)邏輯,討論了管理后臺(tái)中三大模塊的重點(diǎn)功能的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的技術(shù)支持與接口關(guān)系。并針對(duì)在管理后臺(tái)研發(fā)過(guò)程中遇到的權(quán)限組管理以及數(shù)據(jù)并發(fā)等難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題的解決方案進(jìn)行了分析和探討。(3)針對(duì)實(shí)體商業(yè)集團(tuán)缺少為消費(fèi)者提供線上服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Android系統(tǒng)的商場(chǎng)服務(wù)移動(dòng)終端平臺(tái)。商場(chǎng)服務(wù)移動(dòng)終端平臺(tái)主要分為商場(chǎng)定位導(dǎo)航模塊、門(mén)店管理模塊以及收藏模塊。商場(chǎng)定位導(dǎo)航模塊采用了Wi Fi室內(nèi)定位技術(shù),結(jié)合商場(chǎng)多樓層、樓層平面不規(guī)則的實(shí)際環(huán)境,設(shè)計(jì)了定位AP的組網(wǎng)部署方案,采用位置指紋室內(nèi)定位的方式完成多樓層的室內(nèi)導(dǎo)航功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),室內(nèi)定位技術(shù)作為誘導(dǎo)因素聯(lián)結(jié)了商場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售行為的業(yè)務(wù)功能。此外,描述了在移動(dòng)終端平臺(tái)研發(fā)過(guò)程中遇到的分辨率適配以及數(shù)據(jù)緩存機(jī)制等難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題的解決與處理方法。(4)根據(jù)系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)制定了適用于商場(chǎng)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試流程,并在系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)階段逐漸全面介入。隨著商場(chǎng)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)進(jìn)程與測(cè)試工作的并行推進(jìn),開(kāi)展迭代開(kāi)發(fā)并形成項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的報(bào)告,以此作為Android平臺(tái)的商場(chǎng)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)綜合質(zhì)量的重要參考依據(jù)。在Android平臺(tái)商場(chǎng)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)一期建設(shè)工作全部完成之際,目前構(gòu)建軟件系統(tǒng)滿足最初的需求說(shuō)明,符合軟件工程一般規(guī)范,目前已經(jīng)進(jìn)入部署試運(yùn)行階段,用戶使用反響良好。
[Abstract]:The booming development of electronic commerce has brought a new round of industry innovation for the real retail industry. The market service system based on the mobile Internet technology is regarded as the commercial marketing solution of the traditional entity business group in the field of mobile electronic commerce. It not only caters to consumers' online consumption habits, but also supports offline marketing patterns. It can increase the interaction between large shopping malls and consumers, and enhance consumer consumption experience and consumption stickiness. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of online business-driven offline sales performance. This paper describes the content and completion process of a shopping mall service system. Taking an entity business group as the business service object, this paper designs and implements a shopping mall service management background used to integrate the resources of each merchant under the group. A mobile terminal platform for shopping mall service is built, which is open to all consumers and can assist the offline business model. (1) through the requirement analysis based on the use case, the contents and boundaries of the system are defined. The main concept modules and basic business logic of background system and mobile terminal system are determined. (2) based on MVC idea, the background of market service management based on J2EE is designed and implemented. And according to the existing resource data to grasp the trend of market trends in real time. The backstage of market service management is mainly divided into system privilege management module, mall business management module and application statistics management module. The main business logic of the background system is described by flow chart and class diagram, and the technical support and interface relation of the design and implementation of the key functions of the three major modules in the management background are discussed. It also analyzes and discusses the solutions to the difficult problems such as privilege group management and data concurrency in the process of management background research and development. (3) aiming at the lack of online service for consumers in the real business group, The mobile terminal platform of shopping mall service based on Android system is designed and implemented. Market service mobile terminal platform is mainly divided into shopping mall positioning and navigation module, store management module and collection module. The Wi Fi indoor positioning technology is used in the shopping mall positioning and navigation module. Combined with the actual environment of multi-floor and irregular floor plane, the network deployment scheme of positioning AP is designed. The location fingerprint indoor location is used to realize the multi-floor indoor navigation function. As an inductive factor, the indoor positioning technology connects the business function of the shopping mall sales behavior. In addition, this paper describes the solution and processing methods of the difficult problems such as resolution adaptation and data cache mechanism encountered in the research and development of mobile terminal platform. (4) according to the characteristics of the system, the test process suitable for the shopping mall service system is established. And in the research and development phase of the system gradually and comprehensively involved. With the parallel development of R & D and testing of market service system, the iterative development is carried out and the report of project risk and product quality is formed, which is regarded as an important reference for the comprehensive quality of market service system based on Android platform. At the time of the completion of the first phase construction of the shopping mall service system on the Android platform, the software system is constructed to meet the initial requirements and accord with the general specifications of software engineering. At present, the software system has entered the phase of deployment trial operation, and the user has received a good response.
