【摘要】:計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展使得我國(guó)的信息化進(jìn)程加快,對(duì)于大中型企業(yè)而言,程控電話交換機(jī)信息管理系統(tǒng)如何高質(zhì)量完成電信業(yè)務(wù),為企業(yè)的發(fā)展助力,已成為企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中首先考慮的核心問題,具有極高的戰(zhàn)略意義。目前,我國(guó)以華為、中興等通訊廠商為代表,其在程控交換機(jī)領(lǐng)域占據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的巨大份額,技術(shù)力量雄厚。華為的eSpace程控電話交換機(jī)的電信管理信息系統(tǒng)功能強(qiáng)大,基本涵蓋了大中型企業(yè)所需的所有功能模塊,但對(duì)于大中型企業(yè)的核心業(yè)務(wù),尤其是計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)來說,其在使用過程中暴露出諸多問題。計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)是程控電話交換機(jī)管理信息系統(tǒng)的核心,不同的企業(yè)對(duì)計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)有著各自的需求,我們必須從靈活性的角度出發(fā),解決上述問題,以確保程控交換機(jī)更好的發(fā)揮其功能性、穩(wěn)定性,確保計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)在整個(gè)電信運(yùn)營(yíng)行業(yè)發(fā)揮其強(qiáng)大的支持支撐作用。本論文主要以當(dāng)今的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),滿足客戶和市場(chǎng)的個(gè)性化需求出發(fā),結(jié)合目前國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的編程思想,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)出基于eSpace程控電話交換機(jī)的獨(dú)立計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng),此系統(tǒng)屬于系統(tǒng)的二次開發(fā)范疇。本文設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)可以提高對(duì)客戶的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,提升企業(yè)的工作效率,并且確保各類電信業(yè)務(wù)的穩(wěn)定性,準(zhǔn)確性和安全性。本文參考了大量的相關(guān)資料,并對(duì)計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的自身問題及邊緣問題進(jìn)行調(diào)研,對(duì)企業(yè)級(jí)的程控電話交換機(jī)計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化、結(jié)構(gòu)化的設(shè)計(jì)。課題設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的程控電話交換機(jī)計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)從模式和架構(gòu)上都做出了合理的選擇,實(shí)現(xiàn)了計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)獨(dú)立功能單元的統(tǒng)一性和規(guī)范性。本文基于eSpace程控電話交換機(jī)計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的二次開發(fā)主要采用J2EE開發(fā)平臺(tái),以實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的跨平臺(tái)特點(diǎn),并且確保系統(tǒng)的可移植性。系統(tǒng)在MVC框架的基礎(chǔ)上,集成使用了SSH框架,同時(shí)采用B/S(Browser/Server)設(shè)計(jì)模式以及前臺(tái)的JSP頁(yè)面,確保系統(tǒng)的無(wú)縫連接。針對(duì)計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的整體功能,系統(tǒng)以各個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的子模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的權(quán)限管理功能、管理員的管理功能、用戶管理功能、資費(fèi)管理功能以及賬務(wù)管理與統(tǒng)計(jì)功能。系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)可以滿足大中型企業(yè)對(duì)電信計(jì)費(fèi)業(yè)務(wù)的基本需求,同時(shí)可以為相關(guān)的計(jì)費(fèi)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的參考和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the information process of our country is speeding up. For large and medium-sized enterprises, how to complete telecommunication business with high quality in SPC telephone exchange information management system is helpful to the development of enterprises. It has become the core problem in the process of enterprise development and has high strategic significance. At present, China is represented by Huawei, ZTE and other telecom manufacturers, which occupy a huge share of the domestic and international markets in the field of SPC exchanges and have a strong technical force. The telecom management information system of Huawei's eSpace program-controlled telephone exchange is powerful and basically covers all the functional modules required by large and medium-sized enterprises, but for the core business of large and medium-sized enterprises, especially the billing system, It exposed many problems in the process of use. The billing system is the core of the SPC telephone exchange management information system. Different enterprises have their own needs for the billing system. We must solve the above problems from the angle of flexibility. In order to ensure the SPC switch to better play its functionality, stability, to ensure that the billing system in the entire telecom operation industry to play its strong support role. This paper mainly takes the market competition as the starting point, satisfies the customer and the market personalized demand, unifies the present domestic and foreign advanced programming thought, designs and develops the independent billing system based on the eSpace program control telephone exchange. This system belongs to the secondary development category of the system. The billing system designed in this paper can improve the service quality of customers, improve the working efficiency of enterprises, and ensure the stability, accuracy and security of all kinds of telecommunication services. This paper refers to a large number of related data and investigates the problems and edge problems of the billing system. The systematic and structured design of the enterprise SPC telephone exchange billing system is carried out. The design and implementation of the SPC telephone exchange billing system has made a reasonable choice in the mode and structure, and realized the unity and standardization of the independent functional unit of the billing system. In this paper, J2EE platform is used in the secondary development of eSpace based SPC billing system to realize the cross-platform characteristics of the system and to ensure the portability of the system. On the basis of MVC framework, the system integrates the SSH framework, and adopts the B / S (browser / Server) design pattern and the front JSP page to ensure the seamless connection of the system. In view of the whole function of the billing system, the system is designed by each relatively independent sub-module, which realizes the function of the authority management, the management function of the administrator, the user management function of the billing system, and the function of user management. Tariff management function and accounting management and statistics function. The design and implementation of the system can meet the basic needs of telecom billing services of large and medium-sized enterprises, and can provide some reference and reference for the design of related billing systems.
