【摘要】：目的:運(yùn)用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則方法挖掘中醫(yī)治療高血壓病方劑,探討高血壓用藥配伍規(guī)律,為臨床高血壓病治療提供參考。方法:搜集整理2003年-2015年符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)中治療高血壓病的中醫(yī)內(nèi)服方劑,建立相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)集,運(yùn)用SPSS Clementine12.0軟件對方劑中藥物進(jìn)行挖掘分析,用Apriori算法建立相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型,設(shè)置挖掘最大前項(xiàng)數(shù)為5,最小支持度及最小置信度分別為10%、90%,并運(yùn)用Web節(jié)點(diǎn)將藥物間的配伍組合進(jìn)行圖形化展示。結(jié)果:共獲得符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的治療高血壓病內(nèi)服方劑780首,共使用229種藥物,總頻次為7923次。使用頻次在50以上的藥物有46味,共使用6298次,占總頻次的79.49%。在所有藥物中補(bǔ)虛藥的使用頻次最高,共計(jì)1790次,占各類藥物總使用頻次的22.59%,其后依次為:平肝息風(fēng)藥、活血化瘀藥、清熱藥、利水滲濕藥、解表藥、安神藥、化痰藥、祛風(fēng)濕藥、理氣藥。通過關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則分析共獲得符合條件的規(guī)則101條,其中四味藥組合的規(guī)則最多,共產(chǎn)生47條;其次為三味藥組合的規(guī)則,共獲得37條。在所產(chǎn)生的規(guī)則中,包含天麻的規(guī)則最多,高達(dá)67條,其中前項(xiàng)中含天麻的規(guī)則有36條,后項(xiàng)中含有天麻的規(guī)則有31條。結(jié)論:天麻、鉤藤、牛膝是高血壓病的治療要藥;補(bǔ)虛藥、平肝息風(fēng)藥在高血壓病的治療中占有重要地位;通過關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則分析發(fā)現(xiàn),平肝息風(fēng)藥、補(bǔ)虛藥、活血化瘀藥、清熱藥之間的配伍在高血壓病的治療中具有廣泛應(yīng)用,安神藥在高血壓病的治療中具有重要的配伍意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the treatment of hypertension by association rules, and to provide reference for clinical treatment of hypertension. Methods: collected and sorted the TCM prescriptions for hypertension treatment in the literature from 2003 to 2015, established the relevant data set, used SPSs Clementine 12.0 software to mine and analyzed the drugs in the prescriptions, and established the relevant data mining model by Apriori algorithm. The maximum number of items in mining is 5, the minimum support and confidence are 10 / 90 respectively, and the compatibility between drugs is displayed graphically by Web nodes. Results: a total of 780 prescriptions for the treatment of hypertension were obtained, and the total frequency was 7923 times. There were 46 kinds of drugs which were used more than 50 times, 6298 times, which accounted for 79.49 times of the total frequency. Among all the drugs, the use frequency of tonifying and deficiency drugs was the highest, 1790 times, accounting for 22.59 times of the total use frequency of all kinds of drugs, followed by: calming the liver and relieving wind, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, clearing away heat, promoting water and infiltrating dampness, antitabular medicine, tranquilizing medicine, resolving phlegm medicine, Dispelling rheumatism medicine, regulating qi medicine. A total of 101 rules were obtained by association rule analysis, among which the combination of four kinds of drugs was the most common, with 47 rules, followed by the rule of combination of three kinds of drugs, with a total of 37 rules. Among the rules produced, there are as many as 67 rules including Gastrodia elata, among which 36 rules contain Gastrodia elata in the preceding item and 31 rules contain Gastrodia elata in the latter item. Conclusion: Gastrodia elata, hookwood and Achyranthes bidentata are the important drugs for the treatment of hypertension; the drugs for tonifying deficiency and soothing the liver and relieving wind play an important role in the treatment of hypertension; through the analysis of association rules, it is found that the drugs for calming the liver and relieving the wind, tonifying the qi, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, The compatibility between antipyretic and antipyretic drugs is widely used in the treatment of hypertension.
