【摘要】：建筑工程項(xiàng)目信息系統(tǒng)是集合了現(xiàn)代工程技術(shù)學(xué)、現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)和現(xiàn)代工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)實(shí)踐于一體的產(chǎn)物。本文針對(duì)某建筑公司管理信息化實(shí)際需求,對(duì)公司的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目管理需求進(jìn)行了分析研究,基于.NET開發(fā)平臺(tái),結(jié)合軟件工程思想,實(shí)現(xiàn)了該公司的建筑項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng)。本論文闡述了建筑項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng)研究的背景、意義和目的,分析了建筑項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r;介紹了本論文研究相關(guān)的軟件技術(shù);通過(guò)與建筑項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)人員廣泛溝通,完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析;通過(guò)對(duì)需求的理解,進(jìn)一步了解了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程;通過(guò)UML建模技術(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能進(jìn)行用例分析;根據(jù)需求分析的結(jié)果,從軟件體系架構(gòu)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整體設(shè)計(jì),采用基于B/S模式的MVC架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì);在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中,通過(guò)需求分析文檔提煉出實(shí)體和屬性繪制出實(shí)體E-R圖模型準(zhǔn)確確定實(shí)體間的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,并通過(guò)E-R圖關(guān)系模式轉(zhuǎn)換形成數(shù)據(jù)表結(jié)構(gòu);在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的過(guò)程中,介紹了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)連接實(shí)現(xiàn),并給出系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能的部分實(shí)現(xiàn)界面和代碼。在系統(tǒng)測(cè)試階段對(duì)系統(tǒng)的部分模塊的功能用例進(jìn)行了描述。建筑項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)基于.NET技術(shù),依托B/S網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模式,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行管理使用SQL Server 2008工具,系統(tǒng)發(fā)布工具采用微軟的IIS服務(wù)器。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了待檢項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理、項(xiàng)目信息管理和、項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收管理和系統(tǒng)管理等功能。該系統(tǒng)能夠有效提高建筑項(xiàng)目管理效率、提高項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量監(jiān)管,提高項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理人員的工作效率,,實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目信息化管理。
[Abstract]:The information system of building engineering project is the product of the integration of modern engineering technology, modern economics, modern management science and modern engineering project construction practice. In this paper, the actual project management needs of a construction company are analyzed and studied. Based on the .NET development platform and software engineering idea, the information management system of the construction project of the company is realized. This paper describes the background, significance and purpose of the research on the construction project information management system, analyzes the development situation of the construction project management system, and introduces the software technology related to the research in this paper. Through extensive communication with the actual business personnel of the construction project management, the system needs analysis is completed; through the understanding of the requirements, the business process of the system is further understood; the use case analysis of each function of the system is carried out through UML modeling technology. According to the result of requirement analysis, the whole system is designed from the software architecture, and the design method of MVC architecture based on B / S pattern is used to design each function module of the system in detail. The entity E-R graph model is extracted from the requirement analysis document and the entity E-R graph model is drawn to determine the corresponding relation between the entities accurately, and the data table structure is transformed into the data table structure by the E-R graph relational model. The realization of database connection is introduced, and the interface and code of each function of the system are given. The function cases of some modules of the system are described in the system test stage. The development of building project information management system is based on. Net technology, relying on the B / S network structure mode, database management using SQL Server 2008 tools, the system publishing tools using Microsoft IIS server. The system realizes the functions of project management, project quality management, project information management, project acceptance management and system management. The system can effectively improve the efficiency of construction project management, improve the quality of the project supervision, improve the work efficiency of project supervisors, and realize the project information management of construction enterprises.
