【摘要】：隨著人事信息管理工作的任務越來越繁重,工作量越來越大,傳統(tǒng)的手工管理方式已經(jīng)不能滿足形勢發(fā)展的需要,開發(fā)基于計算機技術的人事管理系統(tǒng)已迫在眉睫了。本人所在的事業(yè)單位就存在上述問題,給日常人事管理等工作帶來了很多的麻煩和不便。本研究以作者所在單位實際人事檔案管理工作情況為背景,應用UML統(tǒng)一建模語言實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)模型建立;應用ASP.NET技術,采用B/S架構模式和SQL Server2008,進行了系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn);系統(tǒng)設計合理,頁面布局美觀,人機交互操作方便。論文闡述了課題研究背景、國內外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、研究內容研究目的和意義;介紹了人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)技術,主要包括ASP.NET技術、ADO.NET數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問技術、SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫、UML統(tǒng)一建模語言;對人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)進行了功能需求分析,給出了系統(tǒng)的工作業(yè)務流程、系統(tǒng)參與角色和系統(tǒng)的功能用例。系統(tǒng)的功能用例包括檔案管理功能用例、異地醫(yī)療管理功能用例、公積金管理功能用例、保險管理功能用例、統(tǒng)計報表管理功能用例、基礎信息管理功能用例和系統(tǒng)管理功能用例,并給出了各個功能模塊的功能描述、用例分析圖和用例描述;設計了系統(tǒng)物理網(wǎng)絡連接架構、邏輯結構、功能模塊結構和系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫;對系統(tǒng)的各模塊進行了詳細設計,給出各模塊的功能結構圖、類圖、時序圖;設計了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的信息實體和數(shù)據(jù)表的邏輯結構;以系統(tǒng)登錄、檔案管理模塊、異地醫(yī)療管理模塊、公積金管理模塊、保險管理模塊及基礎信息管理模塊中的個別功能為例進行了實現(xiàn)說明;最后以系統(tǒng)登錄功能模塊、檔案借閱管理功能模塊為例進行了系統(tǒng)測試,測試結果符合系統(tǒng)的預期目標要求。通過人事檔案管理系統(tǒng)的應用,實現(xiàn)了單位員工的人事檔案、保險業(yè)務、異地醫(yī)療業(yè)務、公積金業(yè)務及基礎信息等的管理功能,提高管理工作人員的工作效率,對實現(xiàn)單位人事檔案管理工作的全面信息化具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:As the task of personnel information management is more and more heavy and the workload is more and more heavy, the traditional manual management method can no longer meet the needs of the development of the situation, so it is urgent to develop the personnel management system based on computer technology. I work in institutions on the existence of these problems, daily personnel management and other work brought a lot of trouble and inconvenience. This research takes the actual personnel file management work situation of the author's unit as the background, uses UML unified modeling language to realize the system model, applies ASP. Net technology, adopts the B / S structure pattern and SQL Server 2008, carries on the system realization, the system design is reasonable, The layout of the page is beautiful and the man-machine interaction is convenient. This paper describes the background of the research, the development situation at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of the research, and introduces the design and implementation technology of the personnel file management system. This paper mainly includes ASP. Net technology and ADO.NET database access technology, SQL Server 2008 database and UML unified modeling language, analyzes the functional requirements of personnel file management system, and gives the work flow of the system, the role of system participation and the functional use cases of the system. The functional use cases of the system include use cases of file management function, medical management function of different places, use cases of provident fund management function, use cases of insurance management function, use cases of statistical report management function, The basic information management function use case and the system management function use case are given. The function description, use case analysis diagram and use case description of each function module are given. The function module structure and system database are designed in detail, and the function structure diagram, class diagram and timing diagram of each module are given. The logical structure of information entity and data table of system database is designed. File management module, remote medical management module, provident fund management module, insurance management module and basic information management module of individual functions for example; finally, the system login function module, The function module of file lending and management is tested, and the test results meet the requirements of the system. Through the application of personnel file management system, the management functions of personnel file, insurance business, medical service in different places, accumulation fund business and basic information are realized, and the working efficiency of management staff is improved. It is of great significance to realize the overall informationization of personnel archives management in units.
