【摘要】:一直以來,企業(yè)都有隨時(shí)隨地進(jìn)行企業(yè)事務(wù)管理,從而提高辦公效率、降低辦公成本的需求,但是受到移動(dòng)通信數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率以及移動(dòng)終端軟硬件性能的限制,移動(dòng)自動(dòng)化辦公系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用受到限制,發(fā)展緩慢。隨著4G、4G移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)發(fā)展和完善,以及智能手機(jī)終端的軟硬件性能的提升,為企業(yè)自動(dòng)化辦公系統(tǒng)提供了絕佳的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。在此背景下,本文主要針對(duì)基于Android操作系統(tǒng)的智能移動(dòng)終端上的企業(yè)移動(dòng)自動(dòng)化辦公系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究。本文所研究的移動(dòng)自動(dòng)化辦公系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)具體辦公業(yè)務(wù)的信息化處理,采用B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),其中視圖層為基于Android操作系統(tǒng)上的App應(yīng)用軟件,業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)具體用戶請(qǐng)求進(jìn)行處理,數(shù)據(jù)層采用Oracle商業(yè)關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)的管理和維護(hù)。系統(tǒng)的B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),不僅能有效實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的具體業(yè)務(wù)功能,同時(shí)還能夠有效的保證系統(tǒng)的靈活性、擴(kuò)展性及系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的安全性。因?yàn)橄到y(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)都存儲(chǔ)在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中,所以本文主要從數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)安全維護(hù)的角度來對(duì)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)安全進(jìn)行研究,主要采用用戶安全管理、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存取控制、數(shù)據(jù)視圖機(jī)制和存儲(chǔ)過程安全控制等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)安全控制手段來有效的保證數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)不會(huì)被隨意的竊取和篡改。為提高系統(tǒng)的性能,主要采用查詢語句優(yōu)化、盡量減少連接和適當(dāng)增加冗余列等具體的操作來提高數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中數(shù)據(jù)的管理性能;通過查詢語句優(yōu)化,來提高查詢語句的執(zhí)行速度;通過減少連接和適當(dāng)增加冗余列來有效提高數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中多表操作的性能,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的性能優(yōu)化。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的移動(dòng)自動(dòng)化辦公系統(tǒng),不僅充分考慮了用戶隨時(shí)隨地處理公司事務(wù)的需求,同時(shí)還針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的安全性問題和性能問題進(jìn)行了研究。不僅可以為用戶提供服務(wù),同時(shí)還兼?zhèn)漭^好的用戶體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the enterprise always manages the business affairs at any time, anywhere, so as to improve the efficiency of office and reduce the demand of office cost. However, it is limited by the data transmission rate of mobile communication and the performance of software and hardware of mobile terminal. The application of mobile automation office system is restricted and the development is slow. With the development and perfection of 4G mobile communication technology and the improvement of the hardware and software performance of smart phone terminal, it provides an excellent opportunity for the development of office automation system. Under this background, this paper mainly focuses on the enterprise mobile automation office system based on the Android operating system. The mobile automation office system studied in this paper has realized the information processing of the specific office business of the enterprise, and designed with the three-tier structure of B / S, in which the view layer is the App application software based on the Android operating system. The business logic layer processes the specific user requests, and the data layer adopts Oracle commercial relational database to manage and maintain the data in the system. The design of the three-layer structure of the system can not only effectively realize the specific business function of the system, but also guarantee the flexibility, expansibility and the security of the system data. Because the data in the system are stored in the database, this paper mainly studies the data security of the system from the point of view of database security maintenance, mainly using user security management, database access control, Data view mechanism, stored procedure security control and other database security control methods to effectively ensure that the data in the database will not be arbitrarily stolen and tampered with. In order to improve the performance of the system, query statement optimization is used to improve the management performance of the data in the database by reducing the number of connections and adding redundant columns appropriately, and the execution speed of the query statement is improved by optimizing the query statement. By reducing the number of connections and adding redundant columns, the performance of the multi-table operation in the database can be improved effectively, and the performance optimization of the system will be realized. The mobile automation office system designed in this paper not only fully considers the needs of users to handle company affairs at any time and anywhere, but also studies the security and performance problems of the system. Not only can provide the service to the user, but also has the better user experience at the same time.
