【摘要】:據(jù)2015年國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局給出的數(shù)據(jù)顯示:我國60歲及以上的老年人口數(shù)量已經(jīng)達(dá)2.22億,占總?cè)丝诒戎剡_(dá)16.1%;數(shù)據(jù)表明我國已經(jīng)進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì)。隨著老齡人口所占比重的不斷增加,引申出來不少新的社會(huì)矛盾和社會(huì)問題,給國家?guī)砹撕艽蟮呢?fù)擔(dān)。很多老年人存在一些慢性疾病,慢性疾病的長期監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)老年人的健康管理有很重要的作用,可以為醫(yī)務(wù)人員提供參考依據(jù)。長期的監(jiān)護(hù)工作需要大量的人力投入,老年人健康監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)能夠減輕子女照顧老人的壓力,并且能在老年人出現(xiàn)意外跌倒情況后,及時(shí)的通知相關(guān)監(jiān)護(hù)人員,得到及時(shí)救治,將留下后遺癥的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降到最低。本課題依托某科技課題,針對(duì)老年人的生理參數(shù)采集系統(tǒng)及無線傳輸模式等相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,分析了血氧飽和度以及體溫長期監(jiān)測(cè)的意義,結(jié)合傳感器技術(shù)與嵌入式技術(shù),利用藍(lán)牙無線傳輸技術(shù)以及Android系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)建立了老年人健康監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)能夠采集老年人的血氧飽和度、體溫信息并具有跌到檢測(cè)功能,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)使用便攜式設(shè)計(jì),傳感器采用穿戴式,更加具有實(shí)用性。最后,本文對(duì)研制的監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)能夠很好的采集老年人的血氧及體溫?cái)?shù)據(jù),比較準(zhǔn)確的判斷老年人是否出現(xiàn)跌倒情況。血氧飽和度的測(cè)量值在95%到98%之間,體溫檢測(cè)能夠保證誤差在±0.3℃,跌倒檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性在75%以上,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的。該系統(tǒng)具有非常重要的推廣意義和廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:According to the data given by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2015, the number of the elderly population aged 60 and above in China has reached 222 million, accounting for 16.1 percent of the total population, and the data show that China has entered an aging society. With the increasing proportion of the aged population, many new social contradictions and problems have been brought to the country. Many elderly people have some chronic diseases, the long-term monitoring of chronic diseases plays an important role in the health management of the elderly, which can provide reference for medical staff. Long-term monitoring work requires a large amount of manpower input. The elderly health monitoring system can reduce the pressure on children to take care of the elderly, and can notify the relevant guardianship staff in time and be treated promptly after an accidental fall in the elderly. Minimize the risk of sequelae. Based on a scientific and technological subject, this paper studies the physiological parameter acquisition system and wireless transmission mode of the elderly, analyzes the significance of long-term monitoring of blood oxygen saturation and body temperature, and combines sensor technology with embedded technology. Based on Bluetooth wireless transmission technology and Android system platform, a health monitoring system for the elderly is established. The system platform can collect the blood oxygen saturation and body temperature information of the elderly and has the function of falling to the test. The system design uses portable design and the sensor is wearable, which is more practical. Finally, the system is tested experimentally. The test results show that the system can collect the data of blood oxygen and body temperature of the elderly and judge whether the elderly fall or not.
