【摘要】：近年來,國內(nèi)外集團(tuán)企業(yè)在逐步探索企業(yè)管理與改革的過程中,紛紛提出了“企業(yè)管理以財(cái)務(wù)管理為中心,財(cái)務(wù)管理以資金管理為中心”的經(jīng)營理念。以傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)管理為中心的管理模式已經(jīng)被慢慢取代,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐再Y金管理為中心的經(jīng)營模式。在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展的今天,隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,僅僅信息集成企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)和生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的傳統(tǒng)理念已經(jīng)落后,現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)的信息化管理與需求控制傳統(tǒng)方式已經(jīng)無法滿足。為了提升集團(tuán)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)資金的管理能力,企業(yè)迫切需要能提供諸如資金核算、財(cái)務(wù)分析、輔助決策等于一體的資金集中統(tǒng)一管理的方案。經(jīng)過大量國內(nèi)外實(shí)踐的重重論證,有效地借助高科技信息技術(shù)手段可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)企業(yè)資金業(yè)務(wù)科學(xué)高效的管理。在論文的研究背景中主要闡述了集團(tuán)級(jí)企業(yè)資金管理的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)準(zhǔn)集團(tuán)級(jí)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)資金管理的信息化管理需求,主要證明了現(xiàn)今財(cái)務(wù)資金管理中存在的問題,從而引導(dǎo)出本次論文的研究意義及價(jià)值體現(xiàn)。通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外集團(tuán)級(jí)企業(yè)資金管理需求及核心業(yè)務(wù)的調(diào)研了解,針對(duì)集團(tuán)級(jí)企業(yè)資金管理提出了比較全面的資金管理解決方案。并對(duì)本次需要構(gòu)建的集團(tuán)級(jí)企業(yè)資金管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全面的分析,包含需求概述、需求分析及需求建模。然后針對(duì)資金管理過程中的資金結(jié)算、資金調(diào)度、資金信貸管理三類核心業(yè)務(wù),從業(yè)務(wù)流程和用例模型的角度展開了詳細(xì)的需求分析,并給出了系統(tǒng)的非功能需求。通過對(duì)軟件工程的學(xué)習(xí),采用本專業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)思路,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)資金管理系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),包括總體業(yè)務(wù)方案、系統(tǒng)體系架構(gòu)、功能模塊內(nèi)容及數(shù)據(jù)庫等。通過對(duì)資金結(jié)算、資金調(diào)度、資金信貸三個(gè)管理模塊的業(yè)務(wù)溝通及程序處理,完成了最后集團(tuán)級(jí)企業(yè)資金管理的應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)。在完成系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)后針對(duì)核心功能進(jìn)行了相對(duì)比較全面的測(cè)試,同時(shí)從系統(tǒng)的安全訪問、并發(fā)壓力等方面進(jìn)行了性能測(cè)試,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)測(cè)試過程和結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié)。論文運(yùn)用軟件信息技術(shù),通過資金管理系統(tǒng)的研究、設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)及測(cè)試,支持了集團(tuán)企業(yè)資金結(jié)算,資金調(diào)度,綜合信貸等方面的管理。針對(duì)本論文的深入研究,集團(tuán)資金管理業(yè)務(wù)流程的一體化得到了更好的實(shí)現(xiàn),為今后的企業(yè)資金管理的信息化建設(shè),提供了更多的理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the process of enterprise management and reform, group enterprises at home and abroad have put forward the management concept of "financial management as the center, financial management as the center". The traditional production management mode has been gradually replaced by the capital management mode. With the development of global economy, with the development of society, the traditional idea of integrating financial data and production data of enterprises is backward, and the traditional ways of information management and demand control of modern enterprises can not be satisfied. In order to improve the management ability of financial funds of group enterprises, enterprises urgently need to provide centralized and unified management of funds such as financial accounting, financial analysis and auxiliary decision-making. After a lot of practice at home and abroad, the effective use of high-tech information technology means can achieve the scientific and efficient management of enterprise capital business. In the research background of the thesis, the paper mainly expounds the domestic and foreign research status of the financial management of the group level enterprise, aims at the information management demand of the financial fund management of the group level enterprise, and mainly proves the existing problems in the financial fund management of the group level enterprise. In order to guide the research significance and value of this paper. Based on the investigation and understanding of the capital management needs and core business of the domestic and foreign group enterprises, this paper puts forward a more comprehensive fund management solution for the group level enterprises. And the enterprise capital management system needs to be built in a comprehensive analysis, including requirements overview, requirements analysis and requirements modeling. Then, for the three core business of fund settlement, fund dispatching and fund credit management, the detailed requirement analysis is carried out from the point of view of business process and use case model, and the non-functional requirements of the system are given. Through the study of software engineering, we adopt the design idea of this specialty, and focus on the detailed design of the fund management system, including the overall business plan, system architecture, functional module content and database, etc. Through the business communication and processing of the three management modules of fund settlement, fund dispatch and fund credit, the application and realization of fund management of group level enterprises are completed. After the implementation of the system, a relatively comprehensive test of the core functions is carried out. At the same time, the performance tests are carried out from the aspects of system security access, concurrent pressure, etc. On this basis, the test process and results are analyzed and summarized. Through the research, design, development and testing of the fund management system, the paper supports the management of fund settlement, capital dispatching and comprehensive credit in the group enterprise by using software information technology. In view of the in-depth study of this paper, the integration of business process of group fund management has been better realized, which provides more theoretical and practical basis for the information construction of enterprise fund management in the future.
