【摘要】：情感極性分析是文本挖掘中一種非常重要的技術(shù).然而在不同領(lǐng)域中,很多情感極性分類系統(tǒng)存在分類精度低和缺少大量標(biāo)注數(shù)據(jù)的缺陷.針對(duì)這些問題,提出了一種基于情感標(biāo)簽的極性分類方法.首先通過所有文本建立Sentiment-Topic模型,抽取出文本的情感標(biāo)簽;然后利用情感標(biāo)簽將文本劃分為兩個(gè)子文本,并通過Co-training算法對(duì)子文本進(jìn)行分類;最后合并兩個(gè)子文本的分類結(jié)果,并確定文本的情感極性.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該方法具有較高的分類精度,而且不需要大量的分類樣本.
[Abstract]:Affective polarity analysis is a very important technique in text mining. However, in different fields, many affective polarity classification systems have the shortcomings of low classification accuracy and lack of large amount of tagged data. To solve these problems, a polarity classification method based on affective label is proposed. Firstly, the Sentiment-Topic model is established through all the texts, and the emotional label of the text is extracted. Then, the text is divided into two sub-texts by the affective label, and the sub-text is classified by Co-training algorithm. Finally, the classification results of the two sub-texts are merged. And determine the emotional polarity of the text. The experimental results show that this method has high classification accuracy and does not require a large number of classification samples.
