【摘要】：【目的】為了擴(kuò)大風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村文化景觀管理范圍,提高區(qū)內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)村文化景觀的管理效率,并擴(kuò)充鄉(xiāng)村景觀信息的共享性,提出一種結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和GIS技術(shù)的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村文化景觀管理數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)平臺(tái)�！痉椒ā坷肁rc GIS、Web GIS以及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù),整合鄉(xiāng)村文化景觀的空間信息和各類景觀專題信息資源,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村文化景觀不同時(shí)空的圖形信息、圖文影音信息等多種信息源進(jìn)行抽取和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理,構(gòu)建風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村文化景觀管理數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)平臺(tái)的功能和框架�！窘Y(jié)果】以太湖風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)西山景區(qū)為例,建立基于GIS的鄉(xiāng)村文化景觀圖像子數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和鄉(xiāng)村文化景觀圖文影音數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并提出了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理和服務(wù)平臺(tái)的建構(gòu)策略�！窘Y(jié)論】此數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)平臺(tái)可對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村文化景觀資源的保護(hù)、合理開發(fā)與建設(shè)提供科學(xué)依據(jù),以及方便后續(xù)的監(jiān)測(cè)評(píng)估、保護(hù)規(guī)劃等工作,并能面向公眾起到宣傳、推介和咨詢的作用。
[Abstract]:[objective] in order to expand the scope of rural cultural landscape management in scenic spots, improve the efficiency of rural cultural landscape management, and expand the sharing of rural landscape information, This paper presents a database platform for rural cultural landscape management in scenic spots. [methods] using Arc GIS and related database technology, the spatial information of rural cultural landscape and the special information resources of all kinds of landscape are integrated. Extracting and standardizing various information sources, such as graphic information, picture and text audio and video information, from different time and space of rural cultural landscape, The function and framework of the database platform of rural cultural landscape management in scenic spots are constructed. [results] taking the West Mountain Scenic area of Taihu Lake Scenic area as an example, The sub-database of rural cultural landscape image and the image and audio database of rural cultural landscape are established based on GIS, and the construction strategy of database management and service platform is put forward. [conclusion] this database platform can protect rural cultural landscape resources. Reasonable development and construction provide scientific basis, and convenient follow-up monitoring and evaluation, protection planning and so on, and can serve as publicity, promotion and consultation to the public.
