【摘要】：為提高交通銀行河南省分行(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“河南交行”)IT系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)維效率,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了河南交行ITSM(IT Service Management,IT服務(wù)管理)平臺(tái)故障管理子系統(tǒng)。在概述課題的選題背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究目標(biāo)與內(nèi)容、論文組織結(jié)構(gòu)之后,介紹了與河南交行ITSM管控平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)相關(guān)的Spring、Structs、Hibernate開(kāi)發(fā)框架,說(shuō)明了河南交行ITSM管控平臺(tái)的JDK、Eclipse、MySql、Tomcat、PowerDesigner等開(kāi)發(fā)工具。之后,在調(diào)研河南交行信息管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了河南交行ITSM平臺(tái)的業(yè)務(wù)和系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),弄清了河南交行ITSM的功能流轉(zhuǎn)關(guān)系,為分析河南交行的ITSM管控平臺(tái)故障管理子系統(tǒng)的需求奠定了基礎(chǔ);通過(guò)用例圖,分析了河南交行ITSM故障管理子系統(tǒng)的功能需求和非功能性需求;闡述了河南交行ITSM管控平臺(tái)故障管理子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想,論述了河南交行ITSM管控平臺(tái)故障管理子系統(tǒng)的角色設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)拓?fù)湓O(shè)計(jì)方法,詳細(xì)論述了系統(tǒng)中的問(wèn)題管理子模塊、變更管理子模塊、發(fā)布管理子模塊、知識(shí)庫(kù)管理子模塊、其它相關(guān)子模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)方法;最后,基于Tomcat應(yīng)用服務(wù)器、Java SDK運(yùn)行環(huán)境、MySql數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、Eclipse系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)了河南交行ITSM管控平臺(tái)故障管理子系統(tǒng),并進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)能夠正常工作,達(dá)到了預(yù)期目的,為銀行業(yè)的IT運(yùn)維提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of IT system in Henan Branch of Bank of Communications (hereinafter referred to as "Henan Jiaotong Bank"), the fault management subsystem of ITSMN IT Service Management system is designed and implemented. After summarizing the topic background, research significance, domestic and international research status, research objectives and contents, and the organization structure of the paper, the paper introduces the Spring StructsHibernate development framework related to the development of ITSM platform of Henan Jiaotong Bank. This paper explains the development tools such as JDKG Eclipse MySqlPU Tomcat PowerDesigner and so on the ITSM management platform of Henan Jiaotong Bank. Then, on the basis of investigating the information management system of Henan Jiaotong Bank, this paper analyzes the business and system architecture of the ITSM platform of Henan Jiaotong Bank, and clarifies the function transfer relationship of ITSM. It lays a foundation for analyzing the fault management subsystem of ITSM platform of Henan Jiaotong Bank, analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of ITSM fault management subsystem of Henan Jiaotong Bank by use case diagram. This paper expounds the design idea of the fault management subsystem of the ITSM platform of Henan Jiaotong Bank, and discusses the role design, technical architecture design and system topology design method of the fault management subsystem of the ITSM platform of Henan Jiaotong Bank. The detailed design methods of the problem management sub-module, the change management sub-module, the release management sub-module, the knowledge base management sub-module and other related sub-modules in the system are discussed in detail. Based on Tomcat application server Java SDK running environment, MySQL database and Eclipse system development environment, the fault management subsystem of Henan Jiaotong Bank ITSM management platform is implemented and tested. The results show that the system can work normally, achieve the expected purpose, and provide a reference for the IT operation and maintenance of the banking industry.
