【摘要】:伴隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,很多企業(yè)為了提高自身在市場(chǎng)中自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,紛紛拓展了很多業(yè)務(wù)。在業(yè)務(wù)量不斷增長(zhǎng)的情況下,企業(yè)部門單位的物資臺(tái)賬管理就顯得尤為重要。然而傳統(tǒng)的物資臺(tái)賬管理存在種種的弊端。首先,各部門所在物料領(lǐng)用、退庫(kù)、結(jié)余不能序時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)反映。其次,單位物資監(jiān)管部門不能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)管企業(yè)的物資臺(tái)賬管理情況。伴隨信息化技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,物資臺(tái)賬管理信息化已經(jīng)成為必然的趨勢(shì)。采用先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)信息化技術(shù)代替人工管理物資不僅可以降低人工管理的錯(cuò)誤率,同時(shí)也可以提高物資管理的反饋速率。本文將設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)基于BS架構(gòu)的物資臺(tái)賬管理系統(tǒng)。本文使用ProcessOn作為系統(tǒng)分析UML建模工具,采用了PHP技術(shù)和SQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),以及Sublime text 3作為開發(fā)工具。論文首先對(duì)物資臺(tái)賬管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀作了分析研究。在對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行可行性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,用UML用例圖的方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)基本功能進(jìn)行了分析,并繪制了相關(guān)用例圖,為后續(xù)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工作奠定了基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)各模塊進(jìn)行了功能設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)流程設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)需求進(jìn)行了分析,設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)表進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。然后,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的基本要求,完成了系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的界面構(gòu)建和相關(guān)代碼的程序設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計(jì)要求。最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)整體運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。本文實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于BS架構(gòu)的物資臺(tái)賬管理系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)功能,系統(tǒng)測(cè)試的結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)很好地滿足了設(shè)計(jì)要求,具有較好的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of social economy, many enterprises have expanded a lot of business in order to improve their own competitiveness in the market. In the case of increasing business volume, the material account management of the enterprise sector units is particularly important. However, the traditional material account management has a variety of drawbacks. First of all, the departments where the material to receive, withdraw the warehouse, balance can not be dynamically reflected when the order. Secondly, the unit material supervision department can not supervise the material account management of the enterprise in real time. With the rapid development of information technology, material account management information has become an inevitable trend. The use of advanced computer information technology in place of manual management materials can not only reduce the error rate of manual management, but also improve the feedback rate of material management. This paper will design and implement a material account management system based on BS architecture. In this paper, ProcessOn is used as a modeling tool for system analysis, PHP technology and SQL Server database are used, and Sublime text 3 is used as a development tool. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation of material account management system. Based on the feasibility analysis of the system, the basic function of the system is analyzed by using UML use case diagram, and the related use case diagram is drawn, which lays a foundation for the subsequent system design work. The overall function of the system is designed, and each module of the system is designed and the system flow is designed. At the same time, the database requirement is analyzed, the logical structure of the database is designed, and the data table is designed in detail. Then, according to the basic requirements of the system implementation, the interface construction of each functional module of the system and the programming of related codes are completed, and the functional design requirements of the system are realized. Finally, the whole operation of the system is tested. In this paper, the related functions of the material account management system based on BS architecture are realized. The system test results show that the system meets the design requirements well and has good practical value.
