【摘要】：隨著煙草行業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展,國家煙草專賣局在“十二五”規(guī)劃中提出加快推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)集成、資源整合、信息共享,加快構(gòu)建行業(yè)信息化應(yīng)用平臺(tái)和數(shù)據(jù)中心,實(shí)現(xiàn)上下貫通、左右協(xié)同、資源共享的一體化“數(shù)字煙草”戰(zhàn)略。煙草行業(yè)主數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)作為實(shí)施該戰(zhàn)略的重要步驟,是煙草行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心的重要組成部分,起到統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)源頭的作用,解決由于主數(shù)據(jù)的不一致給各單位、各系統(tǒng)之間的業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同帶來的難以進(jìn)行有效的數(shù)據(jù)整合的問題。本論文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了“煙草行業(yè)主數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)”,完成的主要工作為：第一,本文在討論主數(shù)據(jù)管理、SOA和ESB等技術(shù)的基本概念及相應(yīng)技術(shù)方案的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了現(xiàn)有的國家煙草局基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)代碼管理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行管理問題,歸納并總結(jié)了新的主數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)的建設(shè)需求,包括主數(shù)據(jù)的同步機(jī)制、發(fā)布服務(wù)接口、部署需求和一些非功能性需求。第二,本文采用了基于業(yè)務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的企業(yè)架構(gòu)規(guī)劃方法論作為系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)思想,在行業(yè)主數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)整體設(shè)計(jì)過程中,首先通過對(duì)煙草行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心和主數(shù)據(jù)管理的業(yè)務(wù)需求入手分析,梳理出業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)和應(yīng)用架構(gòu)及數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)這三部分,再把上述三個(gè)架構(gòu)作為輸入進(jìn)行后面技術(shù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),從而形成煙草行業(yè)主數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的完整架構(gòu)體系,保證系統(tǒng)對(duì)煙草行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)中心的有效支撐。第三,在總體架構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文明確以面向服務(wù)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)和企業(yè)服務(wù)總線技術(shù)作為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行煙草行業(yè)主數(shù)據(jù)管理平臺(tái)關(guān)鍵核心模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。其中包括主數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)定義與管理、服務(wù)的注冊和配置、服務(wù)查詢與訂閱發(fā)布、主數(shù)據(jù)交換與交換、主數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)監(jiān)控分析等模塊和功能。各功能都是由WebService組成的,由企業(yè)服務(wù)總線統(tǒng)一管理所有的WebService,滿足了系統(tǒng)靈活部署,高擴(kuò)展性和高可用性的目的。該系統(tǒng)在主數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)管理和主數(shù)據(jù)交換傳輸方面,采用了SOA和ESB技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了主數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的靈活配置,最大限度的體現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息數(shù)據(jù)的價(jià)值,為煙草企業(yè)經(jīng)營和戰(zhàn)略決策提供信息化關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)和保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of tobacco industry informatization, the National Tobacco Monopoly Bureau proposed in the 12th Five-Year Plan to speed up the promotion of system integration, resource integration, information sharing, accelerate the construction of the industry information application platform and data center, and realize the linking up and down. The integrated strategy of "digital tobacco" in cooperation between right and left and resource sharing. As an important step in the implementation of the strategy, the tobacco industry master data management platform is an important component of the tobacco industry data centre and acts as a unified data source to resolve the problem of inconsistent master data to the various units. The problem of effective data integration caused by the business cooperation between systems is difficult. This paper designs and implements the "master data management platform for tobacco industry". The main work is as follows: first, this paper discusses the basic concepts of SOA and ESB technologies and the corresponding technical solutions. This paper analyzes the operation and management problems of the existing basic data code management system of the State Tobacco Bureau, summarizes and summarizes the construction requirements of the new master data management platform, including the synchronization mechanism of the master data, the release of the service interface, Deployment requirements and some non-functional requirements. Second, this paper adopts the business-driven enterprise architecture planning methodology as the overall system design idea, in the industry master data management platform overall design process, First, by analyzing the business requirements of the data center and master data management of tobacco industry, we sort out the three parts of business architecture, application architecture and data architecture, and then use the above three architectures as input to carry out the later technical architecture design. Thus the complete framework system of the tobacco industry master data management platform system is formed to ensure the effective support of the system to the tobacco industry data center. Thirdly, on the basis of the overall architecture, this paper makes clear the detailed design and implementation of the key core modules of the main data management platform of tobacco industry based on the service-oriented system architecture and enterprise service bus technology. Including master data service definition and management, service registration and configuration, service query and subscription publication, master data exchange and exchange, master data service monitoring and analysis modules and functions. All functions are composed of Web Service, and all Web Service is managed by enterprise service bus, which satisfies the purpose of flexible deployment, high scalability and high availability of the system. In the aspect of master data service management and master data exchange transmission, the system adopts SOA and ESB technology, realizes the flexible configuration of master data service, and embodies the value of enterprise information data to the maximum extent. It provides the key foundation and guarantee for the management and strategic decision of tobacco enterprises.
