農(nóng)業(yè)裝備后市場(chǎng)零配件服務(wù)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)裝備后市場(chǎng)是指農(nóng)業(yè)裝備銷售、出保后,在產(chǎn)品生命周期內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)需求,包括維修、保養(yǎng)、零配件供應(yīng)、舊機(jī)拆解等。以前,由于我國農(nóng)業(yè)裝備后市場(chǎng)體量小,用戶產(chǎn)生的零配件需求通常在主機(jī)廠解決,由于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一、供應(yīng)渠道單一、價(jià)格壟斷等原因,增加了維修成本;另一方面,廢舊農(nóng)業(yè)裝備拆解下來的零配件不能很好利用,造成資源浪費(fèi)。2004年,國家頒布《中華人民共和國農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化促進(jìn)法》并實(shí)施農(nóng)業(yè)裝備購機(jī)補(bǔ)貼政策,農(nóng)業(yè)裝備事業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展。至2012年,規(guī)模以上企業(yè)工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值達(dá)到3382億元,超過美國,成為全球農(nóng)業(yè)裝備制造第一大國。2016年突破4500億元,十年內(nèi)有望達(dá)到萬億元,隨著農(nóng)業(yè)裝備后市場(chǎng)體量不斷擴(kuò)大,零配件供求關(guān)系也將發(fā)生變化。本文根據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)裝備特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了一個(gè)面向用戶、主機(jī)廠、零件生產(chǎn)商和拆解商的零配件服務(wù)平臺(tái),提供農(nóng)業(yè)裝備零配件錄入、查詢,以及未來的交易服務(wù),主要內(nèi)容及工作如下:(1)通過國內(nèi)外典型案例分析,對(duì)目前常用的網(wǎng)站平臺(tái)進(jìn)行比較和研究,最后選用Windows操作系統(tǒng)下的Eclipse(基于Java的可擴(kuò)展性開發(fā)平臺(tái))作為系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行平臺(tái),以Tomcat作為web應(yīng)用服務(wù)器,MySQL作為平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng),結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)的HTML(超文本標(biāo)記)和Java程序設(shè)計(jì)語言,并基于JSP(Java Server Pages)建立了一個(gè)跨平臺(tái)的農(nóng)業(yè)裝備后市場(chǎng)零配件服務(wù)平臺(tái)。(2)通過對(duì)目前零配件生產(chǎn)、購買現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進(jìn)行調(diào)研和需求分析,構(gòu)建了農(nóng)業(yè)裝備后市場(chǎng)零配件服務(wù)平臺(tái)框架,詳細(xì)描述了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)原則,完成了用戶注冊(cè)功能模塊、平臺(tái)登陸功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)態(tài)更新功能模塊以及搜索功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。(3)根據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)裝備的特點(diǎn),對(duì)零配件按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件、通用件和專用件進(jìn)行分類,建立了分類方法,降低了零配件供應(yīng)商、舊機(jī)拆解商重復(fù)信息錄入工作量,數(shù)據(jù)庫中的數(shù)據(jù)量也得以減小。(4)以谷物聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)械攪籠部件為例,詳細(xì)介紹了服務(wù)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建、零配件信息錄入、檢索功能實(shí)現(xiàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)裝備信息資源共享、數(shù)據(jù)庫網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)態(tài)更新。
[Abstract]:The post-market of agricultural equipment refers to the demand for service in the life cycle of agricultural equipment, including repair, maintenance, spare parts supply, disassembly of old machines and so on. In the past, due to the small market volume of agricultural equipment in our country, the demand for spare parts produced by users was usually solved in the mainframe factory. Due to the lack of uniform standards, single supply channels, monopoly of prices, and so on, maintenance costs were increased; on the other hand, The spare parts that have been dismantled from used agricultural equipment cannot be used very well, resulting in a waste of resources. In 2004, the State promulgated the Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Law of the people's Republic of China and implemented a subsidy policy for the purchase of agricultural equipment. Agricultural equipment has developed rapidly. By 2012, the total industrial output value of enterprises above the scale has reached 338.2 billion yuan, surpassing the United States and becoming the world's largest agricultural equipment manufacturing country. In 2016, the industrial output value of enterprises above the scale exceeded 450 billion yuan, and it is expected to reach trillion yuan in 10 years. As the market volume after agricultural equipment continues to expand, Spare parts supply and demand relations will also change. According to the characteristics of agricultural equipment, this paper constructs a service platform of spare parts for users, mainframe factories, parts manufacturers and disassemblers to provide input, query, and future trading services for agricultural equipment parts. The main contents and work are as follows: (1) through the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad, this paper compares and studies the commonly used website platforms, and finally selects Eclipse (the extensible development platform based on Java) as the running platform of the system, which is based on Windows operating system. Taking Tomcat as web application server and MySQL as platform database management system, combined with traditional HTML (Hypertext markup) and Java programming language, On the basis of Java Server pages, a cross-platform service platform for spare parts in the aftermarket of agricultural equipment is established. Through investigation and demand analysis on the production, purchase status and existing problems of spare parts at present, The framework of the service platform for spare parts in the market after agricultural equipment is constructed, the overall design scheme of the system is described in detail, and the user registration function module and the platform landing function module are completed by adopting the modular design principle. The design and implementation of database network dynamic update function module and search function module. According to the characteristics of agricultural equipment, the parts are classified according to standard parts, common parts and special parts, the classification method is established, and the suppliers of spare parts are reduced.
