【摘要】:資產(chǎn)管理公司資金系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)總體目標(biāo)是利用計(jì)算機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的信息管理工具,實(shí)現(xiàn)資金管理理念與工具的結(jié)合,建立統(tǒng)一的資金運(yùn)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)管理平臺(tái),提升資金運(yùn)營(yíng)管理方式,提高資金運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,全面實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)資金項(xiàng)目的整體管理。中科軟科技服務(wù)有限公司財(cái)會(huì)服務(wù)事業(yè)部對(duì)于金融領(lǐng)域內(nèi)相關(guān)信息系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)具備豐富的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成熟的開(kāi)發(fā)體系。在手工進(jìn)行資金管理的方式難以滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求的背景下,該部門(mén)開(kāi)發(fā)的資金管理系統(tǒng)具有開(kāi)創(chuàng)性和先進(jìn)性。資金管理系統(tǒng)是面向公司內(nèi)部資金業(yè)務(wù)人員的系統(tǒng),項(xiàng)目采用B/S(Browser/Server)的軟件架構(gòu)模式。系統(tǒng)的顯示邏輯交由WEB瀏覽器實(shí)現(xiàn),后臺(tái)事務(wù)邏輯處理則由服務(wù)器Server處理。應(yīng)用平臺(tái)上,項(xiàng)目選擇了當(dāng)前主流的JavaEE作為本系統(tǒng)的WEB平臺(tái)。利用三層架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)模式和三大框架的整合技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)要求的界面展示和業(yè)務(wù)處理。作者在中科軟科技股份有限公司實(shí)習(xí)期間,就職于財(cái)會(huì)服務(wù)事業(yè)部。主要參與該資金管理系統(tǒng)相關(guān)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)、測(cè)試、維護(hù)等工作。具體工作內(nèi)容如下:參與實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)模塊的需求分析。通過(guò)與需求人員以及系統(tǒng)相關(guān)模塊使用者的細(xì)致交流,確保對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)需求的準(zhǔn)確理解。通過(guò)深入分析現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程和開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),同時(shí)結(jié)合工作人員對(duì)于新模塊的需求,參與完善需求文檔的制定與更新;參與實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)模塊的技術(shù)選型以及設(shè)計(jì)工作。針對(duì)當(dāng)下流行的各種Web應(yīng)用程序框架以及關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中具體業(yè)務(wù)具體分析,為準(zhǔn)確而高效地實(shí)現(xiàn)需求奠定基礎(chǔ);負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。包括用戶設(shè)置、待辦事項(xiàng)、郵件處理、對(duì)外融資、短期理財(cái)、收付通知以及接口相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)處理等等;完成系統(tǒng)功能性測(cè)試,保證新功能順利引入的同時(shí)不會(huì)與原有功能產(chǎn)生沖突;負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)維護(hù)與更新。及時(shí)處理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的各種漏洞和錯(cuò)誤。在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)有效地查找出缺陷并解決問(wèn)題。參與版本迭代,添加功能模塊,完善系統(tǒng)功能。該系統(tǒng)上線后運(yùn)行順利,滿足了公司相關(guān)人員的日常資金業(yè)務(wù)處理,保證了各金融機(jī)構(gòu)之間資金的便捷收付和順利流通。本系統(tǒng)軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)體現(xiàn)了敏捷的開(kāi)發(fā)理念,將科學(xué)高效的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)思想運(yùn)用其中。使系統(tǒng)在順利實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)功能的同時(shí),具備了良好的可用性,可維護(hù)性和擴(kuò)展性。
[Abstract]:The overall goal of the construction of the Asset Management Co capital system is to use the information management tools represented by the computer and the Internet, to realize the combination of the concept of capital management and the tools, to establish a unified management platform for funds operation, to improve the management mode of capital operation, to improve the efficiency of capital operation and to realize the overall management of the funds project. The Ministry of Finance and finance of China Science and Technology Services Co., Ltd. has rich work experience and mature development system for the development of relevant information systems in the financial field. In the context of the difficulty of meeting the growing business demand by manual capital management, the fund management system developed by the Department is pioneering and The fund management system is a system oriented to the internal fund business personnel of the company. Through careful communication with the users of demand and system related modules, the accurate understanding of the business needs is ensured. Through in-depth analysis of the business process and development experience of the existing system, and the participation of the staff in the needs of the new modules, the participation of the staff is improved. The development and update of demand document; the technology selection and design of the system module. In view of the popular Web application framework and the wide application of the relational database, the concrete analysis of the specific business in the system design process lays the foundation for the accurate and efficient implementation of the requirements; and the design of the related modules is responsible for the design. And implementation, including user settings, to-do, mail processing, external financing, short-term financial management, receipt and payment and data processing related to interface; complete system functional testing, ensure the smooth introduction of new functions without conflict with the original function; responsible for system maintenance and updating. Participate in the version iteration, add function modules, improve the system function. After the system goes online, the system runs smoothly, meets the daily fund business processing of the related personnel of the company, ensures the convenient payment and smooth circulation of funds between the financial institutions. The development and design of the software system embodies the agile concept of development, and uses the idea of scientific and efficient software development. The system has good usability, maintainability and extensibility while realizing the system related functions smoothly.
