【摘要】:隨著電子化浪潮的來(lái)臨,各國(guó)政府都開(kāi)始把利用信息技術(shù)改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)管理方式看作是新世紀(jì)政府變革的重大機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。運(yùn)用電子計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息通信等現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)政府組織結(jié)構(gòu)和工作流程的優(yōu)化和重組,不僅可以使政府工作不受限于時(shí)間、空間和部門(mén)的限制,同時(shí)可以讓政府運(yùn)作模式更加精簡(jiǎn)、更加高效、更加廉潔公正。因此在政府信息化建設(shè)的進(jìn)程中構(gòu)建一個(gè)高效靈活滿(mǎn)足政府內(nèi)部管理需求的設(shè)備運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)具有很重要的意義。本論文在查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)和調(diào)研需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了比較詳細(xì)地分析設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)對(duì)SSH框架應(yīng)用技術(shù)的研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)具有實(shí)用價(jià)值的設(shè)備運(yùn)維系統(tǒng);本文通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目需求的分析,確定了基于B/S架構(gòu)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案;系統(tǒng)使用Java語(yǔ)言和oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),結(jié)合了 Struts、Hibernate、Spring、AJAX等較為流行的技術(shù),通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)管理、設(shè)備管理、維修管理、個(gè)人設(shè)置等模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)備運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)的維修審核、維修審批、權(quán)限控制等功能。本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)了測(cè)試驗(yàn)證和實(shí)際應(yīng)用達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)要求,目前已經(jīng)在某檢驗(yàn)檢疫局上線(xiàn)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the advent of electronic technology, governments all over the world begin to regard the use of information technology to improve the traditional management mode as an important opportunity and challenge for government reform in the new century. By means of modern information technology, such as computers, networks and information and communications, to optimize and reorganize government organizational structures and work processes, not only can government work be free from the constraints of time, space and departments. At the same time, the government can be more streamlined, more efficient, more clean and fair. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct an efficient and flexible equipment operation and maintenance system to meet the internal management needs of the government in the process of government information construction. On the basis of consulting the domestic and foreign literature and analyzing the demand of investigation, this paper analyzes and designs the SSH framework in detail, and realizes a practical equipment operation and maintenance system through the research of SSH framework application technology. Based on the analysis of the actual project requirements of the system, the system design scheme based on the B / S architecture is determined, and the system is developed with Java language and oracle database, combined with the popular technologies such as Struts Java hibernate Spring Ajax, and through the management of the system. The design and development of equipment management, maintenance management, personal setup and other modules have realized the functions of maintenance audit, maintenance approval and authority control of equipment operation and maintenance system. The system has been tested and applied to meet the expected design requirements, and has been running in an inspection and quarantine bureau.
