【摘要】：進(jìn)入第二十一個(gè)世紀(jì)后,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了迅速的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)形式也越來(lái)越復(fù)雜。企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)已成為信息管理領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要研究方向,也是企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,在企業(yè)中部署和實(shí)施一個(gè)安全穩(wěn)定的辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)非常重要。SaaS是一種軟件開(kāi)發(fā)模型,提供了許多不同的用戶通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng),在其中用戶不再需要一次性支付永久性軟件許可費(fèi),可以根據(jù)需要使用和按年或按月支付�；赟aaS模式的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)是一種辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)是一種新型的辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)的新型式,這是一個(gè)新的辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)的類(lèi)型,這是在信息管理系統(tǒng)中一個(gè)非常重要的技術(shù)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。在本文中,根據(jù)一個(gè)基于SaaS模式的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)水廠的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求。首先,根據(jù)辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)的基本概念和相關(guān)理論,以及軟件服務(wù)管理模式發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的特點(diǎn),闡述了開(kāi)發(fā)基于SaaS模式的OA系統(tǒng)的必要性和意義。其次,本文提出了一種基于J2EE的分層結(jié)構(gòu)和辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)的MVC模型,本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)由五個(gè)功能模塊,分別是系統(tǒng)的權(quán)限管理模塊,文件管理模塊,內(nèi)部信息交流模塊,用戶認(rèn)證模塊、員工信息管理模塊。本文主要針對(duì)水廠辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),以及系統(tǒng)管理員、普通用戶和人事管理人員四種類(lèi)型,都是如何調(diào)用各個(gè)模塊來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, the economy of our country has been developed rapidly, and the management forms of enterprises are becoming more and more complicated. Enterprise information construction has become an important research direction in the field of information management, and also the key factor of enterprise development. Therefore, the deployment and implementation of a secure and stable office automation management system in an enterprise is very important to the enterprise. SaaS is a software development model that provides many different users through the Internet. In which users no longer need to pay a permanent software license fee, they can use it as needed and pay annually or monthly. Office automation system based on SaaS mode is a new type of office automation management system, which is a new type of office automation management system. This is a very important technical application field in information management system. In this paper, according to the design and implementation of an office automation system based on SaaS mode, the actual business requirements of water plant are realized. Firstly, according to the basic concepts and related theories of office automation management system, as well as the characteristics of software service management mode, the necessity and significance of developing OA system based on SaaS mode are expounded. Secondly, this paper presents a hierarchical structure based on J2EE and the MVC model of office automation management system. This paper designs and realizes that the enterprise office automation management system is composed of five functional modules, namely, the authority management module of the system. File management module, internal information exchange module, user authentication module, employee information management module. This paper mainly aims at the design and implementation of the management system of the office automation system in water plant, and how to use each module to realize the network management of the office automation system, as well as four types of system administrators, ordinary users and personnel managers.
