圖像處理技術(shù)在巖體質(zhì)量三維可視化分級中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:巖體裂隙的發(fā)育程度是影響巖體力學(xué)性能的關(guān)鍵因素之一,是全面評價(jià)巖體質(zhì)量、優(yōu)化礦山開采設(shè)計(jì)的重要前提和依據(jù),掌握巖體節(jié)理的幾何特征,對準(zhǔn)確測量和評價(jià)巖體穩(wěn)定性至關(guān)重要。本文應(yīng)用自編MATLAB圖像處理程序和礦山三維建模軟件,通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)查、室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),并結(jié)合RMR巖體質(zhì)量分級理論,對區(qū)域內(nèi)巖體質(zhì)量進(jìn)行三維可視化研究,為開采優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供參考依據(jù)。本文運(yùn)用數(shù)字近景攝影測量,并結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)節(jié)理裂隙信息采集方式和圖像處理技術(shù),辨識、量化和提取了巖體裂隙關(guān)鍵特征參量,對巖體節(jié)理關(guān)鍵參量進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量評價(jià)與等級分區(qū)。其中,圖像處理技術(shù)主要包括圖像的灰度處理、去噪、分割和形態(tài)學(xué)處理四個(gè)主要過程。論文分別建立了Sh-455m中段所研究區(qū)域的實(shí)體、塊段模型。對節(jié)理裂隙地質(zhì)調(diào)查的結(jié)果顯示:Sh-455m中段評價(jià)模型區(qū)域內(nèi)小裂隙及層間構(gòu)造發(fā)育,多為剪切性、壓性構(gòu)造,巖體優(yōu)勢節(jié)理組傾向多為NE或NW,斷裂面一般平直緊閉,傾角普遍較大(均值近60°),將導(dǎo)致在一步采空場情況下,采場北側(cè)間柱片幫較南側(cè)更為嚴(yán)重的現(xiàn)象,這與現(xiàn)場情況相符。所以,在生產(chǎn)過程中應(yīng)更重視采場北側(cè)間柱片幫安全問題。獲取了區(qū)域巖體RMR參數(shù)評分值,開展了礦區(qū)三維可視化巖體質(zhì)量評價(jià)與等級分區(qū),同時(shí)繪制了區(qū)域巖性三維狀態(tài)下的質(zhì)量分區(qū)圖,可作為采礦優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)參考依據(jù)。研究表明,采用圖像處理技術(shù)和礦山三維建模軟件對巖體質(zhì)量進(jìn)行三維可視化分級研究是一種快速、準(zhǔn)確的方法,有助于充分了解區(qū)域地質(zhì)情況,指導(dǎo)礦山生產(chǎn);同時(shí),對巖體質(zhì)量分級來說是一種快速、科學(xué)、新型的研究方式。
[Abstract]:The development degree of rock fissure is one of the key factors affecting the mechanical properties of rock mass. It is an important prerequisite and basis for comprehensive evaluation of rock mass quality, optimization of mining design, and understanding of geometric characteristics of rock mass joints. It is very important to accurately measure and evaluate the stability of rock mass. In this paper, MATLAB image processing program and mine 3D modeling software are used to study the 3D visualization of rock mass quality in the area through field investigation, laboratory test and RMR rock mass quality classification theory. It provides reference for mining optimization design. In this paper, digital close-range photogrammetry is used to identify, quantify and extract the key characteristic parameters of rock mass fractures, combining with traditional joint fracture information collection method and image processing technology. The quality evaluation and classification of the key parameters of rock joint are carried out. Among them, image processing includes four main processes: grayscale processing, denoising, segmentation and morphological processing. In this paper, the entity and block models of the region in the middle of Sh-455m are established. The results of geological investigation on joints and fractures show that the small fractures and interlayer structures are developed in the evaluation model area of the middle segment of W Sh-455m, most of them are shear and compressive structures, the dominant joints of rock mass tend to be NE or NW, and the fault surface is generally flat and closed. The dip angle is generally larger (the mean value is nearly 60 擄), which will lead to the phenomenon that the north side of the stope is more serious than that of the south side in the case of one-step stoping, which is consistent with the situation in the field. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the safety of the north side of the stope in the production process. The RMR parameter score of regional rock mass is obtained, the 3D visual rock mass quality evaluation and grade zoning are carried out, and the quality zoning map of regional lithology is drawn, which can be used as a reference for mining optimization design. The results show that 3D visual classification of rock mass quality using image processing technology and 3D modeling software is a fast and accurate method, which is helpful to fully understand the regional geological conditions and guide mine production. It is a fast, scientific and new research method for rock mass quality classification.
