【摘要】：物資管理工作是當(dāng)前現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)工作中的重要組成部分,對(duì)物資管理的好壞,將直接對(duì)企業(yè)運(yùn)行成本和流動(dòng)資金產(chǎn)生非常大的作用。但是,由于企業(yè)要面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和生存環(huán)境,通常都要對(duì)企業(yè)物資進(jìn)行管理,從而有效降低企業(yè)的運(yùn)行成本。如何利用當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)來(lái)提高企業(yè)的物資管理水平,是擺在當(dāng)前眾多企業(yè)面前必須要解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。烏魯木齊郵政公司日常工作中會(huì)使用各類(lèi)物資,公司沒(méi)有對(duì)物資進(jìn)行信息化管理,物資管理方式落后。因此,本文設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了物資管理系統(tǒng)。本文首先分析了本課題的背景,介紹了物資管理系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀。對(duì)用戶(hù)的需求進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)物資管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標(biāo)、業(yè)務(wù)需求、功能需求分析和非功能需求進(jìn)行了描述。在完成需求分析后,提出了物資管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和原則,對(duì)物資管理系統(tǒng)的出入庫(kù)管理、庫(kù)存管理、賬頁(yè)管理、采購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理、低值易耗管理以及系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理等模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的表結(jié)構(gòu)和概念結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。最后,對(duì)運(yùn)用C#技術(shù)、ASP.NET技術(shù)、SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)完成物資管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),通過(guò)系統(tǒng)頁(yè)面、代碼和順序圖闡述了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。同時(shí)對(duì)測(cè)試過(guò)程和測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。目前系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在單位的內(nèi)部進(jìn)行了運(yùn)行,從運(yùn)行的效果來(lái)看,系統(tǒng)具有操作簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn),較好的滿(mǎn)足了用戶(hù)的實(shí)際需求,同時(shí)也能夠有效的減低物資管理部門(mén)的工作人員的壓力,顯著提高了物資管理部門(mén)的工作效率和管理水平。
[Abstract]:Material management is an important part of modern enterprise work at present. The quality of material management will play a very important role in the operation cost and liquidity of the enterprise directly. However, because the enterprises have to face the fierce market competition and survival environment, they usually have to manage the enterprise materials, so as to effectively reduce the operation cost of the enterprise. How to make use of the advanced information technology to improve the material management level of enterprises is a realistic problem that must be solved in front of many enterprises at present. Urumqi Post Company uses all kinds of materials in its daily work, the company does not carry on the information management to the material, the material management way is backward. Therefore, this paper designs and implements the material management system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background of this subject and introduces the present situation of material management system at home and abroad. Based on the investigation of the users' requirements, the construction objectives, business requirements, functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements of the material management system are described. After the requirement analysis is completed, the design objectives and principles of the material management system are put forward, and the management of the material management system, the inventory management, the account page management, the procurement business management, the management of the material management system are put forward. The low value consumable management and system maintenance management module are designed in detail. The table structure and concept structure of database are designed. Finally, the realization of material management system using ASP. Net technology and SQL Server 2008 database technology is introduced, and the realization of the system is described through system pages, codes and sequence diagrams. At the same time, the test process and test results are analyzed and summarized. At present, the system has been running inside the unit. From the effect of operation, the system has the characteristics of simple operation, stable operation, and so on, which better meets the actual needs of the users. At the same time, it can effectively reduce the pressure of the staff of the material management department, and significantly improve the efficiency and management level of the material management department.
