【摘要】：為了解決傳統(tǒng)遠程教育中的"情感缺失"問題,提出采用模糊認知圖(FCM)構(gòu)建一種面向智慧學習環(huán)境的學習者情感預測模型,對遠程學習過程中的學習者情感進行實時預測,以便教學系統(tǒng)根據(jù)預測情感及時有效地調(diào)整教學策略,從而促進學習者的認知.首先,選擇容易引起學習者情感變化的情感影響因子作為FCM的輸入信號;然后通過活動Hebbian學習法推理計算,得到能代表情感重要屬性的2個參數(shù)——效價和激活度;最后將這2個參數(shù)映射于一個在二維笛卡兒直角坐標系中構(gòu)建的學習者情感空間中,便可以定性定量地預測出學習者當前的情感狀態(tài).實驗結(jié)果表明,FCM模型的預測結(jié)果與大多數(shù)學生的實際情緒反應相符;與其他貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡模型相比,FCM模型具有更高的情感預測準確率.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of "affective deficiency" in traditional distance education, a model of learners' affective prediction based on fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) is proposed to predict learners' affective in the process of distance learning in real time. So that the teaching system can adjust teaching strategies timely and effectively according to predictive emotion, so as to promote learners' cognition. Firstly, the affective influence factors which are easy to cause the learners' affective changes are selected as the input signals of FCM, and then two parameters-titer and activation degree, which can represent the important attributes of emotion, are obtained by using the active Hebbian learning method. Finally, by mapping these two parameters into a learner's affective space constructed in a two-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system, the present emotional state of learners can be predicted qualitatively and quantitatively. The experimental results show that the prediction results of the FCM model are consistent with the actual emotional responses of most students, and that the FCM model has a higher prediction accuracy than other Bayesian network models.
