工作平臺(tái)可翻轉(zhuǎn)的3D打印機(jī)裝置結(jié)構(gòu)分析

【摘要】:為了解決當(dāng)前3D打印制造過(guò)程中一些具有懸臂或者空腔結(jié)構(gòu)又不允許添加內(nèi)部支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的打印件無(wú)法制造的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)出一種工作平臺(tái)可翻轉(zhuǎn)的3D打印機(jī),介紹了其結(jié)構(gòu)組成以及工作原理;通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)模型進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析,得到工作平臺(tái)機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)正解與逆解,為結(jié)構(gòu)的速度分析和運(yùn)動(dòng)控制等研究提供了基礎(chǔ)。利用ANSYS仿真軟件對(duì)系統(tǒng)建立仿真模型,得到工作平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)和噴頭結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力與模態(tài)分析,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性。實(shí)現(xiàn)了工作平臺(tái)可翻轉(zhuǎn)的可能性,完成無(wú)支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的曲面結(jié)構(gòu)打印。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that some printing parts with cantilever or cavity structure but not allowed to add internal supporting structure can not be manufactured in the current 3D printing process, a 3D printer with a work platform that can be flipped is designed. Through kinematics analysis of the system model, the forward and inverse kinematics solutions of the working platform mechanism are obtained, which provides the basis for the research of velocity analysis and motion control of the structure. The simulation model of the system is established by using the ANSYS simulation software, and the stress and modal analysis of the work platform structure and the nozzle structure are obtained, and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified. The possibility that the work platform can be flipped is realized, and the surface structure printing without supporting structure is completed.
