智庫專家信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:智庫平臺(tái)的建設(shè)為“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提供了知識(shí)支撐,而專家信息管理系統(tǒng)是智庫平臺(tái)建設(shè)的重要組成部分,不僅涉及到專家、知識(shí)等基本信息的管理,同時(shí)還涉及到專家推薦等問題。在專家信息管理方面,本文主要基于軟件工程思想,對智庫平臺(tái)專家信息管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)進(jìn)行研究。首先,通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,了解用戶對專家信息管理系統(tǒng)的具體需求,并使用UML技術(shù)中的用例圖技術(shù)分析和描述專家管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求和性能需求。其次,根據(jù)專家信息管理系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),以及用戶的需求,進(jìn)行專家信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容主要包括采用B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整體結(jié)構(gòu)的建設(shè),從專家信息管理功能、專家在線咨詢功能和專家智能推薦功能三個(gè)方面滿足用戶需求,并進(jìn)行專家管理和用戶咨詢相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)。最后,采用J2EE技術(shù),對專家信息管理系統(tǒng)中的專家信息管理功能模塊和專家在線咨詢模塊進(jìn)行開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)。在專家智能推薦算法方面,專家信息管理系統(tǒng)中的專家智能推薦功能模塊,引入詞頻信息和字典信息,提高用戶咨詢文本分詞的可信度,更加準(zhǔn)確的了解用戶咨詢內(nèi)容,并使用Pearson相似性計(jì)算方法計(jì)算用戶咨詢文本與專家描述之間的相似性,根據(jù)用戶咨詢文本與專家的相似性,形成用戶咨詢專家推薦列表,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)專家智能推薦。本文以智庫平臺(tái)中的專家信息管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建為主要研究對象,分析智庫平臺(tái)建設(shè)的實(shí)踐規(guī)律和理論基礎(chǔ),為我國智庫的發(fā)展提供一些新的思路。
[Abstract]:The construction of the platform for providing knowledge support for "Belt and Road Initiative" development strategy, and expert information management system is an important part of a platform construction, not only relates to the expert knowledge of the basic information management, but also related to other issues. Experts recommend experts in information management, this paper is mainly based on Software Engineering The idea is to study the construction of expert information management system for the think tank platform. First, through the field investigation, the specific requirements of the user to the expert information management system are understood, and the use case diagram technology in UML technology is used to analyze and describe the functional requirements and performance requirements of the expert management system. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the expert information management system, As well as the needs of users, the design of expert information management system is carried out. The main content of the design includes the construction of the overall structure of the system by using the B/S three layer structure. It meets the user requirements from three aspects of expert information management function, expert online consulting function and expert intelligent recommendation function, and the number of expert management and user consultation is related. According to the design of the library. Finally, the J2EE technology is used to develop the expert information management function module and the expert online consulting module in the expert information management system. In the expert intelligence recommendation algorithm, the expert intelligence recommendation function module in the expert information management system is introduced into the word frequency information and dictionary information to improve the user's Advisory text. The credibility of this participle is more accurate to understand the content of user consultation, and uses the Pearson similarity calculation method to calculate the similarity between the user consultation text and the expert description. According to the similarity between the user consulting text and the expert, the user advisory expert recommendation list is formed and the expert intelligent recommendation is realized. This paper is based on the think tank platform. The construction of the expert information management system is the main research object. It analyzes the practice and theoretical basis of the construction of the think tank platform, and provides some new ideas for the development of the think tank in China.
