【摘要】：MIAS(Medical Insurance Audit System),即醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng)。隨著社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步,保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)也得到了飛速的發(fā)展。數(shù)據(jù)量的幾何級(jí)遞增成為其飛速發(fā)展最顯著的特點(diǎn),為了處理與日俱增的龐大數(shù)據(jù),提高從業(yè)人員的工作效率,特別是為了解決普及度最高的醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)中數(shù)據(jù)處理的問(wèn)題,醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng),實(shí)際上是計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的具體應(yīng)用。醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的審核工作是一項(xiàng)非常復(fù)雜而又繁瑣的工作,他要求審核人員認(rèn)真核對(duì)每一條數(shù)據(jù),每一條從醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)或者是保險(xiǎn)公司收到的醫(yī)療信息,以辨別其是否符合要求,能否進(jìn)行下一步的保險(xiǎn)賠付流程。而在采用了醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng)之后,系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)醫(yī)療信息進(jìn)行批處理,篩選數(shù)據(jù),操作人員只需要對(duì)錯(cuò)誤數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行人工審核,以及錄入新數(shù)據(jù),大大減輕了從業(yè)人員的工作壓力,提高了工作效率,并且增加了信息處理的準(zhǔn)確性,提高了數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)的安全性。本篇論文首先對(duì)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了介紹,同時(shí)也了解了國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),著重了解了醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng)的理論基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。之后對(duì)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的需求分析和功能分析,闡述了本論文涉及的這套醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng)的功能和設(shè)計(jì),以及具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。在經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試后,對(duì)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)研究,醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核系統(tǒng),能夠滿足醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)審核在各個(gè)步驟需要完成的工作任務(wù),直接提高數(shù)據(jù)處理速度和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:MIAS(Medical Insurance Audit system, or medical insurance audit system. With the continuous progress of the society, the insurance industry has also been rapid development. In order to deal with the increasing amount of data and improve the working efficiency of employees, especially in order to solve the problem of data processing in the medical insurance industry, which has the highest popularity, the geometric increment of data has become the most remarkable feature of its rapid development. Medical insurance audit system came into being. The medical insurance audit system is in fact the concrete application of computer technology in the medical insurance industry. The audit of medical insurance is a very complicated and tedious task. He asks the examiner to carefully check every piece of data, every item of medical information received from a medical institution or an insurance company to determine whether it meets the requirements. Whether or not the next step of the insurance payment process. After adopting the medical insurance audit system, the system can batch the medical information, filter the data, and the operator only need to manually audit the wrong data and input new data. It greatly reduces the working pressure, improves the working efficiency, increases the accuracy of information processing and improves the security of data storage. This paper first introduces the development of medical insurance audit system, at the same time, it also understands the characteristics of medical insurance audit system at home and abroad, and emphasizes on the theoretical basis and technical characteristics of medical insurance audit system. Then it analyzes the demand and function of the medical insurance audit system, expounds the function and design of the medical insurance audit system involved in this paper, as well as the concrete realization process. After testing, the medical insurance audit system is studied. Through the research, the medical insurance audit system can meet the task of medical insurance audit in each step, and directly improve the speed and accuracy of data processing.
