基于陣列相機的圖像測量技術研究

【摘要】:圖像測量技術是一種新興高效的測量技術,它在許多的領域都有重要的應用,比如計算機視覺,智能檢測,人臉識別和模式識別等。圖像測量的方法就是把目標的信息量傳入測量系統(tǒng)并進行測量的一門技術。目前的生產科學和工業(yè)技術正在快速發(fā)展,圖像測量技術也越來越多的應用到了生產和制造等方面。因此,圖像測量技術的研究是一個非常有價值的問題,它可以降低工業(yè)成本,提高工藝精度,提高工作效率。在21世紀,陣列相機開始逐步走進人們的視野,與傳統(tǒng)的相機相比,它有許多的優(yōu)勢:先拍照后聚焦、獲得深度信息、重建的圖像視角更大等;陔p目的圖像測量已有大量的研究成果,但是在基于陣列相機的圖像測量方面,國內的研究還很少;诖,本文選用3×3的陣列相機作為研究平臺,研究基于陣列相機的圖像測量,研究內容主要包括相機標定、立體匹配、三維重建、圖像的長度測量四個主要部分,具體的工作內容分為:1.簡單敘述了相機成像原理、張正友的攝像機標定原理、常用的立體匹配方法以及視差測距原理;2.本文使用3×3的陣列相機拍攝目標圖像,并且對9臺相機分別標定獲,進而獲取它們的內外參數(shù);3.通過NCC立體匹配的方式得到深度信息,并通過卷積優(yōu)化運算速度,提高效率,然后對于目標圖像進行超分辨率重建,獲得完整的場景信息;4.在圖像中通過鼠標操作可以獲得圖像中點的三維坐標,完成兩點的歐氏距離測量。本文算法針對距離較近的目標物體測量結果精度較高,這是因為陣列式相機獲得的圖像視角更廣,而且還可以從重建的圖像中提取目標點的深度信息。陣列相機相關方面的研究在國內目前還很不成熟,但是和傳統(tǒng)相機相比其具備明顯的優(yōu)勢,所以陣列相機應用前景非常廣闊。
[Abstract]:Image measurement technology is a new and efficient measurement technology. It has important applications in many fields, such as computer vision, intelligent detection, face recognition and pattern recognition. The method of image measurement is a technique to transmit the information of the target into the measurement system and measure it. At present, production science and industrial technology are developing rapidly, and image measurement technology is more and more applied to production and manufacturing. Therefore, the research of image measurement technology is a very valuable problem, which can reduce the industrial cost, improve the process accuracy and improve the working efficiency. In the 21st century, array cameras begin to come into the field of vision gradually. Compared with traditional cameras, array cameras have many advantages, such as taking pictures first and then focusing, obtaining depth information, and so on. There have been a lot of research achievements in binocular image measurement, but there are few researches on array camera based image measurement in China. Based on this, this paper chooses the 3 脳 3 array camera as the research platform to study the image measurement based on the array camera. The research contents mainly include camera calibration, stereo matching, 3D reconstruction and image length measurement. The specific content of the work is divided into 1: 1. The principle of camera imaging, the camera calibration principle of Zhang Zhengyou, the commonly used stereo matching method and the principle of parallax ranging are briefly described. In this paper, 3 脳 3 array camera is used to capture the target image, and 9 cameras are calibrated respectively, and their internal and external parameters are obtained. The depth information is obtained by NCC stereo matching, and the operation speed is optimized by convolution to improve the efficiency. Then the target image is reconstructed by super-resolution, and the complete scene information is obtained. The 3D coordinates of the middle point of the image can be obtained by mouse operation in the image, and the Euclidean distance between the two points can be measured. The accuracy of the proposed algorithm is higher for the objects with a close distance because the array camera can obtain a wider view and can extract the depth information of the target point from the reconstructed image. The research on array camera is not mature at present in China, but it has obvious advantages compared with traditional camera, so the application prospect of array camera is very broad.
