【摘要】：伴著改革開(kāi)放的步伐,近40年來(lái),全國(guó)普通高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展有目共睹:量的增加,院校林立,招生比例逐年擴(kuò)大;質(zhì)的提高,不僅教育水平,在教研設(shè)備上也更加精進(jìn),實(shí)驗(yàn)室的投入以及科研儀器在不斷更新?lián)Q代中向世界一流高等院校看齊。可以看到,加之日益完善的高校管理體制,我國(guó)教育水平在穩(wěn)步提升。高校儀器設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)是為適應(yīng)新形式下高等院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室統(tǒng)計(jì)工作的需求而設(shè)計(jì)的,并且要求可以真實(shí)地反映高等院校實(shí)驗(yàn)室的基本情況。因此高等院校儀器設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施是一個(gè)重要的課題。本文對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室基本情況、實(shí)驗(yàn)室經(jīng)費(fèi)使用情況等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究。可以看到,高精尖儀器所具備的強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)、處理以及圖形報(bào)表生成統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)在滿(mǎn)足實(shí)驗(yàn)室統(tǒng)計(jì)管理工作的同時(shí),也極大地提高了相應(yīng)的工作效率。與此同時(shí),相應(yīng)的損耗也是需要考慮的。所以為了更好地從內(nèi)部提高儀器的利用率,降低折舊率,有必要對(duì)儀器設(shè)備的管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行深入分析和研究,從而尋找對(duì)策。文章具體從以下幾個(gè)方面展開(kāi):首先是現(xiàn)狀分析。針對(duì)儀器管理現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合其重要性,進(jìn)一步探討加強(qiáng)完善儀器設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)的必要性及可行性;另外則是根據(jù)所需儀器設(shè)備基本信息,在熟悉儀器設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)流程的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)闡述各個(gè)子模塊的功能及具體實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。高校儀器設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)是一種集中統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃的數(shù)據(jù)管理新模式。本系統(tǒng)無(wú)疑會(huì)為管理者對(duì)儀器設(shè)備管理提供極大的幫助。此系統(tǒng)一旦投入使用,將極大簡(jiǎn)化管理人員在儀器采購(gòu)、使用及管理上的步驟和程序。同時(shí)可以通過(guò)查詢(xún)儀器使用情況,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),達(dá)到對(duì)儀器的實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤效果。這一管理系統(tǒng)在效率提高、損耗降低、工作強(qiáng)度改善、管理水平優(yōu)化等方面都使高校的管理水平邁向新階段。
[Abstract]:With the pace of reform and opening up, in the past 40 years, the development of the cause of general higher education throughout the country is obvious to all: the increase in quantity, the number of colleges and universities, and the increase in the proportion of students enrolled year by year; with the improvement of quality, not only the level of education, but also the equipment for teaching and research have been further improved. The input of the laboratory and scientific research instruments are in line with the world-class institutions of higher learning. As can be seen, coupled with the increasingly perfect management system, China's education level is steadily improving. The instrument and equipment management system in colleges and universities is designed to meet the needs of laboratory statistics in colleges and universities under the new form, and it is required to truly reflect the basic conditions of the laboratories in colleges and universities. Therefore, the design and implementation of instrument and equipment management system in colleges and universities is an important subject. This article has carried on the research to the laboratory basic situation, the laboratory funds use situation and so on several aspects. It can be seen that the powerful data query, processing and graph report generation and analysis system of the high precision instrument can meet the needs of laboratory statistical management, and at the same time, greatly improve the corresponding working efficiency. At the same time, the corresponding loss is also to be considered. Therefore, in order to improve the utilization rate of instruments and reduce depreciation rate from the inside, it is necessary to deeply analyze and study the management system of instruments and equipment, so as to find countermeasures. The article from the following aspects: first of all, the status of analysis. In view of the present situation of instrument management, combined with its importance, the necessity and feasibility of strengthening and perfecting the instrument equipment management system are further discussed. In addition, according to the basic information of the instrument and equipment needed, and on the basis of familiar with the process of the instrument equipment management system, The function and realization process of each sub-module are described in detail. The instrument and equipment management system in colleges and universities is a new data management mode of centralized and unified planning. This system will undoubtedly provide great help for management of instrument and equipment. This system, once put into use, will greatly simplify the procedures and procedures of management in the procurement, use and management of instruments. At the same time, the real-time tracking effect of the instrument can be achieved by querying the use of the instrument and carrying out the data statistics. This management system has brought the management level of colleges and universities to a new stage in the aspects of efficiency improvement, loss reduction, work intensity improvement, management level optimization and so on.
