【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)在我國的地位越來越重要。中小企業(yè)的生存、發(fā)展對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、增加就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、提高人民生活質(zhì)量都有著不可忽視的作用。其生存、發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵就是對(duì)資金進(jìn)行科學(xué)的管理,對(duì)日常采購、銷售業(yè)務(wù)以及資金收支的控制是其管理的核心內(nèi)容。本文在對(duì)企業(yè)深入調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)中小企業(yè)對(duì)資金管理的需求,通過分別建立支出業(yè)務(wù)信息體系和收入業(yè)務(wù)信息體系,運(yùn)用一定的方式關(guān)聯(lián)收入、支出相關(guān)信息,進(jìn)行配比,最終建立起科學(xué)的支付決策系統(tǒng)。本文首先介紹了課題研究的背景、意義,企業(yè)資金管理系統(tǒng)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,剖析了國內(nèi)目前類似軟件存在的問題,說明了本系統(tǒng)的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法;介紹了與支付決策相關(guān)的概念,提出了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵問題并對(duì)系統(tǒng)用到的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行解釋說明;進(jìn)行了企業(yè)支付決策的需求分析,提出系統(tǒng)的概要設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體構(gòu)架、系統(tǒng)流程設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了描述;詳細(xì)闡述了系統(tǒng)中業(yè)務(wù)管理模塊、支付決策模塊和后臺(tái)管理模塊可實(shí)現(xiàn)功能的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn);展示了對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能模塊進(jìn)行測試與分析的過程及結(jié)果;最后就本課題整個(gè)研究過程內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)本人在這方面的理解進(jìn)行了一些展望。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)可以幫助經(jīng)營者及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)營中存在的問題,提醒經(jīng)營者及早采取防范措施、規(guī)避經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the status of small and medium enterprises in our country is more and more important. The survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy, the increase of employment opportunities and the improvement of people's quality of life. The key to its survival and development is the scientific management of funds. The core of its management is the control of daily purchasing, sales and income and expenditure. Based on the deep investigation of the enterprises, this paper aims at the demand of the small and medium-sized enterprises for fund management, through the establishment of the expenditure business information system and the income business information system respectively, using certain ways to correlate the income and expenditure related information. Finally, a scientific payment decision system is established. Firstly, this paper introduces the background, significance, domestic and international research status of enterprise fund management system, analyzes the existing problems of similar software in China, and explains the research content and research method of this system. This paper introduces the concepts related to payment decision, puts forward the key problems of the system design and explains the relevant technologies used in the system, analyzes the requirements of the enterprise payment decision, and puts forward the outline design scheme of the system. The overall structure, system flow design, function module design and database design of the system are described, and the design and implementation of the business management module, payment decision module and background management module in the system are described in detail. The process and results of testing and analysis of each functional module of the system are shown. Finally, the whole research process of this subject is summarized, and based on this, some prospects are made according to my understanding in this respect. The whole system can help the operators to find out the problems existing in the business operation in time, and remind the operators to take preventive measures as early as possible to avoid the operational risks.
