利用在線評(píng)論挖掘用戶飲食偏好——以北京地區(qū)為例

【摘要】:我國(guó)飲食文化博大精深,菜系各具特色,人們對(duì)菜系的偏好存在差異。通過(guò)豐富的在線評(píng)論數(shù)據(jù)挖掘菜系偏好,不僅能夠揭示人們飲食習(xí)慣的差異性,而且能夠揭示各菜系的傳播與發(fā)展情況。文章以美團(tuán)網(wǎng)作為研究平臺(tái),以北京地區(qū)的在線餐館評(píng)論作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)菜肴及其相關(guān)屬性進(jìn)行頻次統(tǒng)計(jì)、情感傾向計(jì)算,得到各菜系及其屬性的關(guān)注度與滿意度,以此反映用戶的菜系偏好及各菜系的傳播發(fā)展情況。研究表明:從文本情感分析的角度,利用在線評(píng)論數(shù)據(jù),能在一定程度上揭示各地區(qū)用戶對(duì)不同菜系的偏好以及不同菜系在各地區(qū)的傳播發(fā)展情況。
[Abstract]:Chinese food culture is extensive and profound, the cuisine has its own characteristics, people's preference for the cuisine is different. Through the abundant online review data mining, not only can reveal the difference of people's eating habits, but also can reveal the spread and development of each kind of cuisine. Taking Meituan net as the research platform and online restaurant review in Beijing as the research object, this paper calculates the frequency of dishes and their related attributes, calculates the emotional tendency, and obtains the attention and satisfaction of each dish and its attributes. This reflects the preferences of the users and the spread of the development of the cuisine. The results show that from the perspective of text emotion analysis, the online review data can reveal to a certain extent the users' preferences for different dishes in different regions and the spread and development of different dishes in different regions.
