面向航天企業(yè)試驗(yàn)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)航天事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,航天型號(hào)任務(wù)持續(xù)增多,試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)任務(wù)也急劇增加,嚴(yán)格控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是航天制造企業(yè)的首要任務(wù),所以對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測(cè)過(guò)程有了更高的要求。在長(zhǎng)期的設(shè)計(jì)、分析、工程測(cè)試過(guò)程中,產(chǎn)生了大量的工程試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)中心面臨大量的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理、挖掘、分析工作,試驗(yàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程的集中式控制和管理等諸多問(wèn)題,傳統(tǒng)的試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)管理模式已逐漸不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)下的實(shí)際情況,試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)管理信息化、數(shù)字化已迫在眉睫。本次選題主要結(jié)合航天制造企業(yè)檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)的特殊管理需求和業(yè)務(wù)流程情況進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)管理(Test Data Management,TDM)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。由于科技的不斷創(chuàng)新,航天型號(hào)產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試設(shè)備和檢測(cè)方法也在不斷改進(jìn),獲取來(lái)自試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的方法也是不斷變化的,因而有必要開(kāi)發(fā)一套符合控制所航天型號(hào)試驗(yàn)管理特點(diǎn)的TDM系統(tǒng)來(lái)統(tǒng)一管理這些不同類型且隨時(shí)間變化的數(shù)據(jù)。首先根據(jù)TDM系統(tǒng)及航天產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)管理概況,從航天產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)管理入手,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)管理的特點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題及功能特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行闡述;然后對(duì)在航天型號(hào)研制過(guò)程試驗(yàn)管理的流程,進(jìn)行可行性研究,分析總結(jié)了系統(tǒng)的功能性需求和非功能性需求兩個(gè)方面內(nèi)容,它提供了開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)的依據(jù),為系統(tǒng)未來(lái)的運(yùn)行打好了基礎(chǔ)。最后階段針對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)原則和目標(biāo)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的邏輯架構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)的功能模塊和安全性、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)這五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)闡述。隨著企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)和實(shí)施的不斷深入,企業(yè)越來(lái)越需要像TDM系統(tǒng)此類工具來(lái)提高測(cè)試的管理水平、縮短研究和試驗(yàn)的周期、降低科研經(jīng)費(fèi)。在上海航天控制技術(shù)研究所綜合試驗(yàn)管理中運(yùn)用TDM系統(tǒng),從大量歷史測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)中進(jìn)行分析,挖掘出一些隱藏的細(xì)節(jié),并利用這些信息和經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)指導(dǎo)進(jìn)一步的設(shè)計(jì)和測(cè)試工程。該系統(tǒng)的全線使用將更加規(guī)范我所檢測(cè)試驗(yàn)的管理流程,優(yōu)化試驗(yàn)體系,加強(qiáng)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程的管理與控制,更有效的保證試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)性、客觀性,有利于試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)收集和挖掘使用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of China's aerospace industry, the number of spaceflight types continues to increase, and the task of testing and testing has increased dramatically. Strict control of product quality is the primary task of aerospace manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, the quality of the product testing process has higher requirements. In the process of long-term design, analysis and engineering testing, a large number of engineering test data have been produced. The testing and testing center is faced with a large number of test data processing, mining and analysis work. There are many problems such as centralized control and management of test business process. The traditional mode of test detection management has been gradually unable to adapt to the actual situation, so it is urgent to digitize the test management information. The design and implementation of Test Data Management (TDM) system based on the special management requirements and business process of testing and testing in aerospace manufacturing enterprises is presented. As a result of technological innovation, testing equipment and testing methods for aerospace products are constantly improving, and the methods used to obtain data from the tests are also constantly changing. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a set of TDM system to manage these different types of data with time. First of all, according to the general situation of TDM system and aerospace product test management, starting with the space product test management, according to the characteristics of the test management, the existing problems and the functional characteristics, the process of the test management in the aerospace model development process is described. The feasibility study is carried out and the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed and summarized. It provides the basis for the development and design of the system and lays a good foundation for the future operation of the system. In the last stage, the logic structure, the network structure, the function module and the security of the system, and the database are designed and elaborated according to the design principles and objectives. With the deepening of enterprise information construction and implementation, enterprises need more and more tools such as TDM system to improve the management level of testing, shorten the period of research and test, and reduce the funding of scientific research. In the comprehensive test management of Shanghai Aerospace Control Technology Institute, the TDM system is used to analyze a large number of historical test data, and some hidden details are excavated, and these information and experiences are used to guide the further design and test engineering. The whole line use of the system will standardize the management flow of the test, optimize the test system, strengthen the management and control of the test process, and ensure the authenticity and objectivity of the test data more effectively. It is beneficial to the real-time collection and mining of experimental data.
