【摘要】：工業(yè)4.0概念的興起無疑為傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)帶來許多新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),建筑工程項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)域是直接受益的一個(gè)領(lǐng)域。大連九洲公司向來注重信息化建設(shè),利用管理信息系統(tǒng)來管理公司內(nèi)部的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)一直是企業(yè)的一大亮點(diǎn)。作為大連九洲公司的一項(xiàng)基本業(yè)務(wù),建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)是信息化建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。大連九洲公司在建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理方面有很多獨(dú)特的管理方法,因此市場(chǎng)上的建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理軟件并不能很好的解決大連九洲公司的實(shí)際問題。本文就將大連九洲公司建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)從項(xiàng)目開始到項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收的整個(gè)過程進(jìn)行介紹。建設(shè)的方法是采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的軟件工程思想,結(jié)合面向?qū)ο蟮姆治龇椒▉硗瓿梢幌盗械姆治鲈O(shè)計(jì)工作。同時(shí),采用.NET開發(fā)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),最后完成系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施。本文針對(duì)大連九洲公司現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境做了改造,使原有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境得到最大的復(fù)用。同時(shí),系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)盡量通過數(shù)據(jù)接口的方式從業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)中獲取,減少了工作人員重復(fù)維護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)造成的數(shù)據(jù)不一致性,也降低了系統(tǒng)的功能復(fù)雜度和數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜度。系統(tǒng)上線運(yùn)行后得到一致的好評(píng)。
[Abstract]:The rise of the concept of industry 4.0 undoubtedly brings many new opportunities and challenges to the traditional industry, and the field of construction engineering project is a direct benefit field. Dalian Jiuzhou Company has always paid attention to information construction, the use of management information systems to manage the company's internal business has been a bright spot of the enterprise. As a basic business of Dalian Jiuzhou Company, construction project management system is the key project of information construction. Dalian Jiuzhou Company has many unique management methods in construction project management, so the construction project management software on the market can not solve the practical problems of Dalian Jiuzhou Company. This paper introduces the whole process of the construction project management system of Dalian Jiuzhou Company from the beginning of the project to the acceptance of the project. The method of construction is to complete a series of analysis and design work by adopting the standard software engineering idea and combining the object-oriented analysis method. At the same time, the. Net development platform is used to realize the system function, and finally the implementation of the system is completed. In this paper, the existing network environment of Dalian Jiuzhou Company has been reformed to maximize reuse of the original network environment. At the same time, the data in the system can be obtained from the business system by the way of data interface, which reduces the data inconsistency caused by repeated maintenance data, and also reduces the complexity of function and data of the system. The system has been well received after running on line.
