【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的信息技術(shù)被應(yīng)用于辦公事務(wù)的管理中。從基于計(jì)算機(jī)與Web技術(shù)的協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng),再到今天出現(xiàn)的基于移動(dòng)設(shè)備與Andriod技術(shù)的移動(dòng)辦公系統(tǒng),這些系統(tǒng)都是為提高辦公人員的質(zhì)量與效率為出發(fā)點(diǎn)的。而隨著移動(dòng)智能設(shè)備與Andriod技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,校園移動(dòng)辦公系統(tǒng)也在漸漸得以發(fā)展。校園移動(dòng)辦公系統(tǒng)采用Andriod技術(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)有應(yīng)用程序、應(yīng)用程序框架類庫(kù)與運(yùn)行時(shí)環(huán)境、Linux內(nèi)核。應(yīng)用程序中主要有相關(guān)的軟件應(yīng)用,如通訊錄、郵件系統(tǒng)等,用于與用戶間進(jìn)行交互,并將相應(yīng)的交互操作數(shù)據(jù)傳遞給應(yīng)用程序框架層。在應(yīng)用程序框架層中,主要有為應(yīng)用程序提供服務(wù)的活動(dòng)管理器、內(nèi)容提供者、資源管理器、位置管理器、通知管理器、視圖系統(tǒng)、窗口管理器、包管理器及電話管理器等。其中,活動(dòng)管理器用于管理應(yīng)用程序的活動(dòng)生命周期;內(nèi)容提供者用于管理各個(gè)程序間的數(shù)據(jù)共享;位置管理器用于管理位置信息;資源管理器用于管理程序中各類資源等。類庫(kù)與運(yùn)行時(shí)環(huán)境,為應(yīng)用程序提供了一個(gè)虛擬機(jī)及實(shí)現(xiàn)程序的各類方法。Linux內(nèi)核層可以為應(yīng)用程序提供內(nèi)存管理、進(jìn)行管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議等,使得程序具有良好的移植性。系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)采用Microsoft SQL Server 2014。系統(tǒng)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括公共服務(wù)、個(gè)人辦公、會(huì)議管理、科研管理、一卡通管理。其中,公共服務(wù)所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括通知公告、郵件系統(tǒng)、車輛管理、最新公文。個(gè)人辦公所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括通訊錄管理、待辦事宜、我的日程。會(huì)議管理所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括一周會(huì)議、管理會(huì)議與會(huì)議室管理�？蒲泄芾硭鶎�(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括科研獲獎(jiǎng)、科研論文、科研項(xiàng)目、科研著作、科研專利。一卡通管理所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括圖書(shū)館管理與管理一卡通。系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用提高了教師對(duì)校內(nèi)事務(wù)處理與管理的及時(shí)性,并可以對(duì)校內(nèi)發(fā)生的情況進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)了解與掌握,提高了教師工作的自由性與熱情;同時(shí),對(duì)于學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),提高了學(xué)生對(duì)信息技術(shù)的興趣,激發(fā)了他們對(duì)信息技術(shù)研究的熱情;對(duì)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策層來(lái)說(shuō),該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)且準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, more and more information technology is applied in office management. From the cooperative office system based on computer and Web technology to the mobile office system based on mobile equipment and Andriod technology, these systems are all for the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of office personnel. With the application of mobile intelligent devices and Andriod technology, campus mobile office system is gradually developed. The campus mobile office system is designed with Andriod technology. The technical framework of the system has application program, application framework class library and runtime environment Linux kernel. There are related software applications in the application, such as address book, mail system, etc., which are used to interact with users and transfer the corresponding interactive operation data to the application framework layer. In the application framework layer, there are active manager, content provider, resource manager, location manager, notification manager, view system, window manager, package manager and telephone manager. The activity manager is used to manage the active life cycle of the application; the content provider is used to manage the data sharing among the various programs; the location manager is used to manage the location information; the resource manager is used to manage all kinds of resources in the program. Class library and runtime environment. Linux kernel layer can provide memory management, management, network protocol and so on for application program, which makes the program have good portability. The database design of the system adopts Microsoft SQL Server 2014 4. The functions of the system include public service, personal office, conference management, scientific research management and card management. Among them, public service functions include notification, mail system, vehicle management, the latest official documents. Personal office functions include address book management, to-do, and my schedule. The functions of conference management include one-week meeting, management meeting and conference room management. The functions of scientific research administration include scientific research awards, scientific research papers, scientific research projects, scientific research works and scientific research patents. The functions of one-card management include library management and management. The application of the system improves the timeliness of teachers' handling and management of school affairs, and the real-time understanding and mastery of the situation that occurs in the school, which enhances the freedom and enthusiasm of teachers' work, and at the same time, for students, It improves students' interest in information technology and arouses their enthusiasm for information technology research. For leaders, the application of the system provides a solid and accurate data base for leadership decision-making.
