【摘要】：隨著Internet技術(shù)的發(fā)展,許多政府及企事業(yè)單位都在加快信息化建設(shè)的步伐,從而規(guī)范工作流程,提高辦公效率。提高辦公效率和管理水平的一個重要手段之一,就是建立一套相配套的網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)。 本文闡述了辦公自動化的發(fā)展及目前國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀,以南昌鐵路局永安車輛段辦公自動化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與開發(fā)作為課題背景,對.NET技術(shù)、Ajax和j Query技術(shù)進行了深入的研究與分析。對南昌鐵路局永安車輛段的辦公需求進行了詳細(xì)的調(diào)研,提出了南昌鐵路局永安車輛段辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案。系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計過程中闡述了公文流轉(zhuǎn)的流程管理過程,討論了郵件的處理方法,研究了系統(tǒng)安全性方面的安全設(shè)計思路。之后以軟件開發(fā)流程為主導(dǎo)思想,通過系統(tǒng)需求分析,UML建模,系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)測試等開發(fā)步驟,采用現(xiàn)有的.NET開發(fā)框架基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建,開發(fā)一個針對企業(yè)自身特點、符合企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的企業(yè)辦公自動化系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, many governments, enterprises and institutions are speeding up the pace of information construction, so as to standardize the work process and improve office efficiency. One of the important ways to improve office efficiency and management level is to set up a set of network cooperative office system. This paper expounds the development of office automation and the present research situation at home and abroad. Taking the design and development of office automation system of Yongan Depot of Nanchang Railway Bureau as the background, this paper makes a deep research and analysis on .NET technology and j Query technology. The office requirement of Yongan Depot of Nanchang Railway Bureau is investigated in detail, and the design scheme of office automation system for Yongan Depot of Nanchang Railway Bureau is put forward. In the design process of the system, the flow management process of document flow is expounded, the processing method of mail is discussed, and the security design idea of system security is studied. Then take the software development process as the main idea, through the system requirement analysis, the UML modeling, the system overall design, the system detailed design, the system test and so on development steps, adopts the existing .NET development frame foundation construction, This paper develops an office automation system based on B / S structure, which is based on the characteristics of the enterprise and the current situation of the enterprise.
