【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,高職院校對(duì)學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)逐漸從理論知識(shí)培訓(xùn)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷?shí)踐能力的提升,高職院校對(duì)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)需要通過(guò)實(shí)訓(xùn)室來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)室的規(guī)模嚴(yán)重影響著高職院校的教學(xué)化水平,由于實(shí)訓(xùn)室中耗材、設(shè)備的數(shù)量和種類較多,給實(shí)訓(xùn)室管理人員帶來(lái)了較大的困難。因此,需要提升高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)室的信息化管理水平,研究一套適用于高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)室的管理系統(tǒng),以此來(lái)進(jìn)行耗材的信息化管理。系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式,運(yùn)用MVC三層架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng),運(yùn)用目前較為流行的.NET技術(shù)框架對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。在開展論文之前,首先通過(guò)走訪高職院校,了解高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)室耗材的管理現(xiàn)狀,分析管理中存在的問(wèn)題,然后帶著問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了相關(guān)技術(shù)的查閱,了解了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀;對(duì)高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)耗材管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能性和非功能性需求分析;對(duì)高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)耗材管理系統(tǒng)的體系架構(gòu)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),將高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)耗材管理系統(tǒng)劃分基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理、耗材管理等五大功能模塊,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了E-R圖的設(shè)計(jì);最后,對(duì)高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)耗材管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)界面的展示,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)主要功能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。通過(guò)高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)耗材管理系統(tǒng)的成功設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),替代了原本的人工管理模式,將實(shí)訓(xùn)室耗材管理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行信息化處理,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)各種數(shù)據(jù)的調(diào)取和更改,高職院校實(shí)訓(xùn)耗材管理系統(tǒng)能夠大大提高耗材管理的效率,保證耗材管理數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性,減輕了學(xué)校管理人員的工作壓力,同時(shí)對(duì)高職院校的整體信息化水平提升起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the training of students in higher vocational colleges has gradually changed from the training of theoretical knowledge to the promotion of practical ability, and the cultivation of practical ability of students in higher vocational colleges needs to be realized through the practical training room. The scale of the training room in higher vocational colleges seriously affects the teaching level of higher vocational colleges. Because of the large quantity and variety of equipment and consumables in the training room, it brings great difficulties to the managers of the training room. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the information management level of the training room in higher vocational colleges, and to study a set of management system suitable for the training room in higher vocational colleges, so as to carry out the information management of consumables. The system adopts the B / S mode, the MVC three-tier structure design, the backstage database adopts the SQL Server database system, and uses the popular .NET technical framework to design and implement the system. Before carrying out the thesis, first of all, by visiting the higher vocational colleges to understand the current situation of the management of the consumables in the training room of higher vocational colleges, analyzing the problems existing in the management, and then carrying on the related technology consultation with the problems. Understand the current research situation of relevant fields at home and abroad; analyze the functional and non-functional requirements of the practical training consumables management system in higher vocational colleges; design the architecture and network topology of the practical training consumables management system in higher vocational colleges. The paper divides the practical training consumables management system into five functional modules, such as basic data management and consumable material management, and designs the E-R diagram of the system database. The main functions of the system are tested. Through the successful design and implementation of the practical training consumables management system in higher vocational colleges, the original manual management mode is replaced, the data of the material management in the training room is processed with information technology, and through the operation of the system, all kinds of data can be transferred and changed. The practical training consumables management system in higher vocational colleges can greatly improve the efficiency of consumables management, ensure the accuracy of consumables management data, and reduce the working pressure of school administrators. At the same time, the overall level of information in higher vocational colleges has played a vital role.
