基于改進(jìn)色度模型的非接觸式心率檢測(cè)與估計(jì)

【摘要】:成像式光電容積描記技術(shù)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)低成本、非接觸的遠(yuǎn)程生理參數(shù)檢測(cè)與估計(jì)。其中,基于色度模型的視頻圖像心率估計(jì)算法計(jì)算簡(jiǎn)單、效率高,且具有較強(qiáng)的抗運(yùn)動(dòng)干擾能力,但并未考慮實(shí)驗(yàn)中光照變化產(chǎn)生的信號(hào)干擾。針對(duì)該問(wèn)題,提出一種基于改進(jìn)色度模型的非接觸心率估計(jì)算法,通過(guò)定義感興趣(ROI)區(qū)域和背景區(qū)域的反射光模型,利用兩種區(qū)域顏色通道信息的比值來(lái)消除光照干擾,從而得到消除光照干擾的色度模型,并進(jìn)行脈搏波的提取與心率估計(jì)。對(duì)10名在校大學(xué)生采集到的人臉圖像進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)該算法估計(jì)心率的相對(duì)誤差為3.52%±2.53%,原始色度模型算法的相對(duì)誤差為7.23%±2.82%,兩者對(duì)比有顯著性差異(P0.01)。該算法能有效抑制光照變化所引起的干擾,使所提取脈搏波信號(hào)的信噪比平均提高1.52 d B,這對(duì)更精確地進(jìn)行非接觸式心率估計(jì)與脈搏波信號(hào)提取具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Imaging photoelectric plethysmography can realize low cost, contactless remote physiological parameter detection and estimation. The algorithm based on chrominance model is simple in calculation, high in efficiency and strong in resisting motion interference, but it does not take into account the signal interference caused by the illumination change in the experiment. To solve this problem, a non-contact heart rate estimation algorithm based on the improved chrominance model is proposed. By defining the reflected light models in the region of interest (ROI) and the background region, the ratio of color channel information of the two regions is used to eliminate the illumination interference. A chrominance model for eliminating illumination interference was obtained, and pulse wave extraction and heart rate estimation were carried out. Based on the analysis of face images collected by 10 college students, it is found that the relative error of the estimated heart rate is 3.52% 鹵2.53, and the relative error of the original chrominance model algorithm is 7.23% 鹵2.82. There is a significant difference between the two methods. The algorithm can effectively suppress the interference caused by light change and increase the SNR of the extracted pulse wave signal by an average of 1.52 dB, which is of great significance for more accurate non-contact heart rate estimation and pulse wave signal extraction.
