【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,電子化辦公系統(tǒng)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)辦公方式產(chǎn)生了巨大的沖擊,并且人們的辦公習(xí)慣也隨之改變,無(wú)紙化辦公已經(jīng)在全球形成趨勢(shì)。新技術(shù)的產(chǎn)生,也意味著帶來(lái)了新的問題和新的挑戰(zhàn),以及在傳統(tǒng)電子辦公領(lǐng)域不可能實(shí)現(xiàn)的的嶄新的需求。傳統(tǒng)的電子辦公系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)了很多問題,包括信息傳達(dá)速度慢、交互能力差、應(yīng)用碎片化和難以應(yīng)對(duì)外部沖擊。正因?yàn)槟壳坝捎谶@些問題的出現(xiàn),使得開發(fā)一套區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)電子辦公系統(tǒng)的基于云服務(wù)的電子辦公系統(tǒng)成為必須。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:針對(duì)辦公業(yè)務(wù)流程,基于Java EE框架和Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套基于云服務(wù)器的電子辦公系統(tǒng),涵蓋了車輛管理,文檔管理,資料管理,辦公用品管理,報(bào)銷管理,會(huì)議管理,工作計(jì)劃,考勤管理,公文流轉(zhuǎn)等模塊,并細(xì)化了個(gè)人辦公中實(shí)現(xiàn)在線辦公、會(huì)議、請(qǐng)假、考勤等無(wú)紙化辦公。為了靈活應(yīng)對(duì)多變的業(yè)務(wù)需求,系統(tǒng)使用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)理念,除了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的云數(shù)據(jù)接口之外,各個(gè)模塊之間進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)隔離,并且由于云數(shù)據(jù)的引用,從而達(dá)到了各個(gè)模塊之間的數(shù)據(jù)既暢通又不互相干擾的這一設(shè)計(jì)目的,可謂開創(chuàng)了OA設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的先河。實(shí)現(xiàn)了辦公流程自定義架構(gòu),在不改動(dòng)源代碼的情況下可以對(duì)各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)模塊的流程進(jìn)行自定義操作,從而擴(kuò)展了用戶的受眾面,避免了重復(fù)性的二次開發(fā)。通過(guò)使用云服務(wù),幫助系統(tǒng)解決了很多問題,包括節(jié)省了難以擴(kuò)展程序和昂貴的擴(kuò)展成本,以及數(shù)據(jù)交互在各模塊中難以進(jìn)行等。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, electronic office system has a great impact on the traditional office, and people's office habits have changed, paperless office has become a global trend. The emergence of new technologies also means new problems and challenges, as well as new requirements that cannot be realized in the traditional electronic office field. There are many problems in the traditional electronic office system, including slow information transmission, poor interaction ability, fragmentation of applications and difficulty in coping with external shocks. Because of the emergence of these problems, it is necessary to develop a cloud based electronic office system which is different from the traditional electronic office system. The main contents are as follows: based on Java EE framework and Oracle database, an electronic office system based on cloud server is designed and implemented, including vehicle management, document management, data management and office supplies management. Reimbursement management, meeting management, work plan, attendance management, document circulation module, and detailed personal office to achieve online office, meetings, leave, attendance and other paperless office. In order to respond flexibly to the changing business requirements, the system uses the modular design concept. In addition to the cloud data interface of the basic data, the modules are isolated from each other, and because of the reference of the cloud data, Thus, the design goal of the data between each module is both smooth and non-interference with each other, and it can be said to be the first in OA design field. The custom architecture of office flow is realized, and the process of each business module can be customized without changing the source code, thus extending the user's audience and avoiding the repetitive secondary development. Through the use of cloud services, the system has solved many problems, including saving difficult to extend the program and expensive extension costs, and data interaction in various modules difficult to carry out, and so on.
