【摘要】：當(dāng)前高職院校正值新時(shí)期高速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,許多院校規(guī)模急劇擴(kuò)大,學(xué)生數(shù)量猛增,給學(xué)校學(xué)籍管理工作形成了較大的壓力。學(xué)籍管理是院校管理工作中一項(xiàng)較為繁雜的重要內(nèi)容,它對(duì)院校的管理而言至關(guān)重要,學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)要求為用戶提供必要、充足的信息以及快速的查詢方法。通過(guò)對(duì)淮北職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院教務(wù)管理部門(mén)及各系、部對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理工作的意見(jiàn)征求,和對(duì)兄弟院校的調(diào)研、分析,我們決定摒棄原來(lái)單機(jī)版的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理模式。因此本設(shè)計(jì)的主要研究開(kāi)發(fā)淮北職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)生學(xué)籍管理新的軟件系統(tǒng),其目標(biāo)是通過(guò)本設(shè)計(jì)軟件的使用使學(xué)院的學(xué)籍管理工作實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)范化、信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和科學(xué)化。系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)采用基于B/S模式,設(shè)計(jì)中采用了ASP.NET技術(shù)和SQL Server構(gòu)建的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng),VS2010集成語(yǔ)言C#開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境。因而使得本系統(tǒng)對(duì)用戶計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)要求較低,一般CPU為Pentium IV以上的計(jì)算機(jī)都可使用,且不需要用戶額外安裝客戶端,通過(guò)任何一款Web瀏覽器均可直接使用。因此采用B/S架構(gòu)系統(tǒng)直接放置在網(wǎng)上,由特定的權(quán)限控制達(dá)到不同客戶訪問(wèn)之目的,系統(tǒng)交互性強(qiáng),且以后升級(jí)系統(tǒng)不影響用戶。在系統(tǒng)界面設(shè)計(jì)上我們采用了母版頁(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)方式,使得系統(tǒng)頁(yè)面具有統(tǒng)一的格調(diào)和行為,便于用戶使用,同時(shí)避免了開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中各頁(yè)面重復(fù)編寫(xiě)代碼,利用母版頁(yè)的方法不僅可以建立單個(gè)網(wǎng)頁(yè)模板還可以在應(yīng)用程序中將此模板用作其他頁(yè)面基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)而避免了從頭創(chuàng)建所有新網(wǎng)頁(yè)的麻煩。本設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了使用上靈活方便,用戶只需使用任何一款瀏覽器即可通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程管理、查閱數(shù)據(jù);較強(qiáng)的事務(wù)處理功能,系統(tǒng)便于維護(hù),且維護(hù)成本低,數(shù)據(jù)安全性強(qiáng)。此外,本系統(tǒng)考慮到了高職教育的快速發(fā)展需要,同時(shí)兼顧到了本科院校的使用特色,因此不但完全滿足高職院校的學(xué)籍管理需求,還可以用于一般本科院校的學(xué)籍管理。
[Abstract]:At present, higher vocational colleges are facing the opportunity of rapid development in the new period. The scale of many colleges has expanded rapidly and the number of students has soared, which has put great pressure on the management of school register. Student status management is an important and complicated content in the management of colleges and universities. It is very important to the management of colleges and universities. The student status management system requires users to provide necessary, sufficient information and quick inquiry methods. By consulting the educational administration department of Huaibei Vocational and Technical College and the departments and departments of Huaibei Vocational and Technical College, we decided to abandon the original single-machine version of database management mode. Therefore, the main research of this design is to develop a new software system for student status management in Huaibei Vocational and Technical College, whose goal is to standardize, informationization, network and scientific student status management through the use of the design software. The system is based on B / S mode, and the database system C # developed by ASP.NET and SQL Server is used in the design. As a result, the system has lower requirements for user computer system. Generally, the computer with CPU above Pentium IV can be used, and no additional client is required. It can be used directly through any Web browser. Therefore, the B / S architecture system is placed directly on the Internet, which is controlled by specific rights to achieve the purpose of different customers' access, the system is interactive, and the upgrade system will not affect the users in the future. In the system interface design, we adopt the master page design method, make the system page have the uniform style and behavior, easy to use, at the same time, avoid every page to write the code repeatedly in the process of development. Using the master page method, we can not only create a single page template, but also use this template as a basis for other pages in an application, thus avoiding the trouble of creating all new pages from scratch. The design is flexible and convenient to use, users can easily use any browser through the network to achieve remote management, access to data, strong transaction processing function, the system is easy to maintain, and the maintenance cost is low. Strong data security. In addition, the system takes into account the needs of the rapid development of higher vocational education, and at the same time takes into account the characteristics of the use of undergraduate colleges, so it not only fully meets the needs of higher vocational colleges' student status management, but also can be used in general undergraduate colleges' student status management.
