【摘要】：在高等職業(yè)院校教學(xué)管理中,教務(wù)管理是其中重要的手段之一,是學(xué)校建設(shè)中至關(guān)重要的一環(huán)。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,教育在改革的推動(dòng)下信息化獲得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。過(guò)去我國(guó)高等職業(yè)院校在教務(wù)管理上思想、方法都很陳舊,原來(lái)的人工方式已經(jīng)無(wú)法適應(yīng)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,它不但消耗掉大量的人力和物力,還出現(xiàn)由于信息上不能完全共享,造成與教育信息化的建設(shè)有些格格不入。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,社會(huì)信息化程度大幅度提高,特別是現(xiàn)在的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),已經(jīng)遍布社會(huì)的各個(gè)角落,為人們的生活帶來(lái)了很大的方便。因此開發(fā)一套完整的教務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)促進(jìn)職業(yè)院校的教務(wù)管理勢(shì)在必行。在本文研究過(guò)程中對(duì)現(xiàn)階段的教務(wù)管理進(jìn)行了充分調(diào)查,闡述了教務(wù)管理工作融入網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的重要意義。在本文研究的過(guò)程中基于ASP.NET的結(jié)構(gòu)模式對(duì)軟件體系中的B/S框架進(jìn)行了探索和研究。本文運(yùn)用的是云計(jì)算平臺(tái),該服務(wù)平臺(tái)是由Windows Azure提供的,在一定程度工節(jié)約了很多費(fèi)用。在研究過(guò)程中對(duì)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性進(jìn)行了深入分析,并從軟硬件、維護(hù)以及技術(shù)等方面保證了系統(tǒng)的可靠性,然后結(jié)合教務(wù)管理的實(shí)際情況對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。針對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析是系統(tǒng)研究的最根本基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)需求分析對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模塊化管理,對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的不同功能項(xiàng)進(jìn)行細(xì)致劃分,實(shí)現(xiàn)系了統(tǒng)的不同功能。系統(tǒng)對(duì)用戶是否能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)交互功能進(jìn)行明確,并對(duì)各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行研究,特別是對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了深入研究,然后發(fā)布.NET的程序代碼傳送到Windows Azure的云平臺(tái),使得系統(tǒng)功能得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。在研究的過(guò)程中作為研究對(duì)象的是延安職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,對(duì)其教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研發(fā),并投入到實(shí)踐應(yīng)用當(dāng)中去,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In the teaching management of higher vocational colleges, educational administration is one of the important means and a crucial part in school construction. With the development of economy in our country, the informationization of education has made great progress under the promotion of reform. In the past, the ideas and methods of educational administration in higher vocational colleges and universities in our country were all very old, and the original manual way could no longer adapt to the development of society. It not only consumed a great deal of manpower and material resources, but also appeared because the information could not be fully shared. Cause and the construction of education information some incongruous. With the development of our country's economy, the degree of social informatization has been greatly improved, especially the network technology, which has spread all over the society and brought great convenience to people's life. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a complete educational administration information management system to promote the educational administration in vocational colleges. In the course of the research, the author makes a full investigation of the educational administration at present, and expounds the significance of the educational administration integrating into the network technology. In the course of this study, the B / S framework in software architecture is explored and studied based on ASP.NET architecture. This article uses the cloud computing platform, this service platform is provided by the Windows Azure, has saved a lot of expense to some extent. In the course of the research, the practicability of the system is deeply analyzed, and the reliability of the system is ensured from the aspects of hardware and software, maintenance and technology, and then the system is improved according to the actual situation of educational administration. The requirement analysis is the most fundamental foundation of the system research. Through the requirement analysis, the system is managed by modularization, the different function items in the system are divided carefully, and the different functions of the system are realized. The system makes clear whether the user can realize the interactive function, and studies each function module, especially the database, and then issues the program code of .NET to the cloud platform of Windows Azure. The system function can be realized. In the course of the research, Yan'an Vocational and Technical College is the object of study. The educational administration management system has been researched and developed, and has been put into practice and applied to achieve the expected goal.
