【摘要】：移動(dòng)辦公自動(dòng)化管理是公司信息管理中的重中之重,公司文檔的自動(dòng)化、電子化管理不僅能夠提高公司員工的辦事效率,加強(qiáng)公司各個(gè)部門之間的溝通與協(xié)作,而且能夠帶動(dòng)公司信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)更進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。本課題根據(jù)某移動(dòng)辦公自動(dòng)化管理的實(shí)際需求,結(jié)合此公司在歷史進(jìn)程的不同階段的實(shí)際需求,并綜合考慮了此管理系統(tǒng)的自身特點(diǎn)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的兼容性等優(yōu)勢(shì),提出了一套適用于移動(dòng)辦公自動(dòng)化管理的全新的設(shè)計(jì)方案。針對(duì)公司管理這一課題的研究現(xiàn)狀和研究背景進(jìn)行一定的考察,總結(jié)公司管理的研究現(xiàn)狀及研究意義,進(jìn)一步明確了本課題的研究目標(biāo)和本論文的主要內(nèi)容。其次,通過對(duì)##類公司移動(dòng)辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)的功能性和非功能性需求、業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合Android開發(fā)、Hybrid開發(fā)模式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)開發(fā)等技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),對(duì)系統(tǒng)作了進(jìn)一步的闡述,主要是從系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)部分、功能結(jié)構(gòu)部分和拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)部分三大部分展開描述,設(shè)計(jì)出了一套基于Android的移動(dòng)辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。從功能上進(jìn)行劃分,系統(tǒng)可以劃分為工作流子系統(tǒng)與移動(dòng)助理子系統(tǒng)兩部分,工作流子系統(tǒng)包括:公文處理、行政辦公、人事管理等,移動(dòng)助理子系統(tǒng)包括:日程管理、工作日志管理、任務(wù)提醒、通信管理等功能。本文對(duì)移動(dòng)辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)不同的模塊進(jìn)行功能上的測(cè)試和驗(yàn)證,保證系統(tǒng)功能可以順利實(shí)現(xiàn),運(yùn)行使用,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的不同需求功能、系統(tǒng)不同階段的辦公信息數(shù)據(jù)等功能進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的處理和驗(yàn)證,保證系統(tǒng)的可靠性。此外,為確保系統(tǒng)使用的便捷、高效、可靠和安全,本文對(duì)系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)速度、系統(tǒng)的簡(jiǎn)易操作、系統(tǒng)的效率等性能進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的完善和測(cè)試。通過驗(yàn)證得到,此系統(tǒng)適用于公司進(jìn)行移動(dòng)辦公工作,并可以大大的提高管理人員的工作效率和工作準(zhǔn)確性、可靠性。
[Abstract]:Mobile office automation management is the most important part of company information management. The automation of company documents and electronic management can not only improve the efficiency of the company's employees, but also strengthen the communication and cooperation among the various departments of the company. And can drive the company information industry further development. According to the actual demand of a certain mobile office automation management, combined with the actual demand of the company in different stages of the historical process, and the comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of the management system and the compatibility of the database and other advantages. A new design scheme suitable for mobile office automation management is put forward. This paper reviews the research status and background of the subject of corporate management, summarizes the research status and significance of corporate management, and further clarifies the research objectives and the main contents of this paper. Secondly, by analyzing the functional and non-functional requirements and business processes of ## mobile office automation management system, combined with the characteristics of Android development model of Hybrid development and network development, the system is further elaborated. In this paper, a mobile office automation system based on Android is designed based on the description of system architecture, function structure and topology. The system can be divided into two parts: workflow subsystem and mobile assistant subsystem. The workflow subsystem includes: document processing, administrative office, personnel management, etc. Job log management, task reminder, communication management and other functions. In this paper, the different modules of the mobile office automation management system are tested and verified in order to ensure that the functions of the system can be realized smoothly, run and use, and the different functions of the system are required. The functions of office information data in different stages of the system are further processed and verified to ensure the reliability of the system. In addition, in order to ensure the convenience, efficiency, reliability and safety of the system, the system response speed, system simple operation, system efficiency and other performance are further improved and tested. Through the verification, the system is suitable for the company to work in mobile office, and can greatly improve the efficiency, accuracy and reliability of the management.
