【摘要】：在“推進(jìn)公安信息化”的大環(huán)境下,結(jié)合基層派出所部門對于綜合應(yīng)用信息系統(tǒng)的需求,相關(guān)公安應(yīng)用信息系統(tǒng)亟待開發(fā)。公安人員作為打擊犯罪、維護(hù)社會穩(wěn)定和保證人民安全的警務(wù)工作人員,良好的體能對于其執(zhí)行公務(wù)和保障自身均十分重要。為進(jìn)一步推動和鼓勵廣大公安民警積極參加體育鍛煉、增強體質(zhì)、提高戰(zhàn)斗力,本文對警務(wù)體能達(dá)標(biāo)測試成績等級評定管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。如何合理運用現(xiàn)有技術(shù),實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定、友好、高度可擴展的警務(wù)體能測試評定管理系統(tǒng)是本文的研究目標(biāo)。本系統(tǒng)采用客戶端/服務(wù)器(C/S)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行開發(fā),使用Microsoft Visual Basic語言進(jìn)行編程。以Microsoft Access作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng),支持大數(shù)據(jù)量本地高速操作,以及Microsoft Excel數(shù)據(jù)表導(dǎo)入、導(dǎo)出操作。系統(tǒng)采用多重加密,單機授權(quán)唯一機器認(rèn)證碼啟動。系統(tǒng)采用分權(quán)限管理,設(shè)瀏覽、錄入、管理等用戶權(quán)限。系統(tǒng)包括登錄模塊、人員管理模塊、后臺管理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫管理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入模塊、報表生成模塊、在線打印模塊組成。系統(tǒng)支持對測試人員進(jìn)行自動分組和測試安排、支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的導(dǎo)入與導(dǎo)出功能、支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)的自動糾錯與校正、支持在線打印報表、支持多種形式的排序與統(tǒng)計。友好美觀的界面顯示,簡單便捷的操作方式,強大的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力以及低廉的維護(hù)成本等是本文研制開發(fā)的測評管理系統(tǒng)的特點。本系統(tǒng)通過根據(jù)不同公安派出所的自身實際情況再做微小改動,即可在公安部門之間大面積推廣,具有較強的實用性與較高的推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of "advancing the information of public security", the relevant police application information system needs to be developed urgently according to the demand of the basic police station department for the comprehensive application information system. As police personnel who fight crime, maintain social stability and ensure the safety of the people, it is very important for the public security personnel to have a good physical ability to carry out their official duties and safeguard themselves. In order to further promote and encourage the police officers to take part in physical training, strengthen their physique and improve their combat effectiveness, this paper designs and implements a management system for evaluating the grades of police physical fitness. How to use the existing technology reasonably to realize the stable, friendly and highly extensible police fitness test and evaluation management system is the research goal of this paper. This system adopts client / Server C / S architecture to develop, and uses Microsoft Visual Basic language to program. Microsoft Access is used as the background database management system to support the local high-speed operation of large amount of data, and the import and export operation of Microsoft Excel data table. The system uses multiple encryption, single machine authorized only machine authentication code start. The system uses sub-authority management, set browsing, input, management and other user rights. The system consists of login module, personnel management module, background management module, database management module, data import module, report generation module and online printing module. The system supports automatic grouping and testing arrangements for testers, data import and export functions, automatic error correction and correction of data, online printing of reports, and various forms of sorting and statistics. Friendly and beautiful interface, simple and convenient operation, powerful data processing ability and low maintenance cost are the characteristics of the evaluation and management system developed in this paper. According to the actual situation of different police stations, the system can be popularized in a large area according to the actual situation of different police stations, which has strong practicability and high promotion value.
