在線醫(yī)療管理系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近些年社會(huì)快速發(fā)展,在生活水平提高的同時(shí),生活節(jié)奏快、工作壓力大的問題也隨之而來。人們對(duì)健康問題給予了更大的關(guān)注,對(duì)醫(yī)療服務(wù)的需求的數(shù)量要求迅速增加,質(zhì)量要求逐漸提高。為了應(yīng)對(duì)這種變化,很多醫(yī)院,特別是一些大型綜合性醫(yī)院都進(jìn)行了信息化建設(shè)。采用信息化管理之后,工作效率較之以前有了較大提高,醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量也得到了提升。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,各種在線服務(wù)極大地方便了人們的日常生活。人們的生活方式正在悄然發(fā)生著改變;颊呦Mメt(yī)院就診時(shí)能夠有更多的自助服務(wù),比如在線預(yù)約門診掛號(hào),不必因此再早早去排隊(duì)苦等。另外,隨著在線支付和移動(dòng)支付技術(shù)的成熟,在線繳費(fèi)也是另一個(gè)新的需求。對(duì)于醫(yī)院工作人員,如果能在網(wǎng)上處理醫(yī)院日常管理的各種信息,也將極大地縮短事務(wù)處理時(shí)間,減輕工作強(qiáng)度。大部分醫(yī)院現(xiàn)在使用的醫(yī)療管理系統(tǒng),都采用客戶端/服務(wù)器結(jié)構(gòu)開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)只能在醫(yī)院內(nèi)部局域網(wǎng)使用,患者也不能參與其中。醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生作為與民生關(guān)系最為密切的行業(yè)之一,也在迎合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做出改變。本文按照面向?qū)ο筌浖こ痰乃枷牒头椒?討論了一個(gè)在線醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程。按照軟件開發(fā)流程,給出了系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)等階段用到的具體方法和實(shí)施步驟。通過本文設(shè)計(jì)的在線醫(yī)療系統(tǒng),患者可以實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)掛號(hào)等自助操作,醫(yī)院工作人員可以隨時(shí)通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)登錄系統(tǒng),管理自己的相關(guān)信息。系統(tǒng)采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu),基于SSH框架開發(fā),具有使用范圍廣泛,可維護(hù)性好等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of society, the problem of rapid pace of life and great pressure of work comes along with the improvement of living standard. People pay more attention to health problems, the demand for medical services increases rapidly, and the quality requirements increase gradually. In order to cope with this change, many hospitals, especially some large-scale general hospitals have carried out information construction. After adopting information management, work efficiency has been greatly improved, medical service quality has also been improved. With the popularity of the Internet, various online services greatly facilitate people's daily life. The way people live is quietly changing. Patients hope to have more self-help services when they go to the hospital, such as booking an online clinic registration, so they don't have to queue up early. In addition, as online payment and mobile payment technology matures, online payment is another new demand. For hospital staff, if they can deal with all kinds of information of hospital daily management on the Internet, it will greatly shorten the processing time and reduce the work intensity. Most hospitals now use the medical management system, using client / server structure development. The system can only be used in hospital internal LAN, patients can not participate in it. Health care, as one of the industries most closely related to people's livelihood, is also catering to the development trend of the Internet to make changes. According to the idea and method of object-oriented software engineering, this paper discusses the development process of an online medical system. According to the software development flow, the concrete methods and implementation steps of system analysis, system design and system realization are given. Through the online medical system designed in this paper, patients can realize self-service operation such as network registration, and hospital staff can log on to the system through the Internet at any time to manage their own relevant information. The system adopts B / S structure and is developed based on SSH framework. It has the characteristics of wide range of use, good maintainability and so on.
