【摘要】：在對近年來國內外網(wǎng)絡用戶評論情感分析相關文獻進行分析研究的基礎上,闡述了網(wǎng)絡評論情感分析的基本概念和研究現(xiàn)狀;將典型的網(wǎng)絡評論情感分析過程中的核心技術歸納為網(wǎng)絡信息源選擇技術、網(wǎng)絡評論評級過濾技術、情感傾向性識別技術以及情感分析結果可視化技術;并從意見概覽和趨勢預測兩個方面總結了當前網(wǎng)絡評論情感分析在具體領域的應用研究,提出存在的問題和研究展望。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the analysis and research on the related literature on the emotional analysis of Internet users' comments at home and abroad in recent years, this paper expounds the basic concepts and research status of the emotional analysis of Internet comments. The core technologies in the process of emotional analysis of network comments are summarized as network information source selection technology, network comment rating filtering technology, emotion orientation identification technology and emotion analysis result visualization technology. This paper also summarizes the current research on the application of emotion analysis in the specific field from the two aspects of opinion overview and trend prediction, and puts forward the existing problems and research prospects.
