基于網(wǎng)格聚類分析LAMOST恒星光譜與理論模型的差異

【摘要】:隨著天文大數(shù)據(jù)時代計算科學(xué)的蓬勃發(fā)展,我國具備自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的國際天文界口徑最大、光譜獲取率最高的大視場望遠鏡LAMOST,已率先在國際上開拓并實現(xiàn)了同時觀測幾千個天體光譜的大規(guī)模巡天工作。自2011年巡天至2015年6月所獲得的DR3光譜數(shù)據(jù)集目前已獲取世界上最大的恒星參數(shù)星表。針對LAMOST第三期發(fā)布FGK恒星光譜的流量定標等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),利用Kurucz模板光譜對應(yīng)的參數(shù)空間劃分網(wǎng)格,基于開源高效的數(shù)據(jù)處理R語言程序軟件平臺,設(shè)計了有監(jiān)督的聚類中心,便于驗證其理論參數(shù)網(wǎng)格的差異。處理LAMOST實測光譜經(jīng)歸一化后,選擇距離量直接描述屬性,采用歐氏距離分析判別光譜之間的相似度,選取相應(yīng)的屬性向量構(gòu)造函數(shù)判斷觀測光譜和理論光譜差別的量級。實驗表明:比對LAMOST實測FGK型恒星光譜數(shù)據(jù)與Kurucz理論模板庫數(shù)據(jù)一致性以及參數(shù)測量的準確性,結(jié)果顯示相同參數(shù)的光譜間特征譜線具有較好的一致性,從而得出LAMOST光譜測量物理參數(shù)質(zhì)量較高,具備極好的可靠性,為后續(xù)恒星大氣模型的改進提供相應(yīng)的論證依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of computational science in the era of astronomical big data, China has the largest caliber in the international astronomical circles with independent intellectual property rights. LAMOST, a large field telescope with the highest spectral acquisition rate, has pioneered and realized a large-scale sky survey to simultaneously observe the spectra of thousands of celestial bodies in the world. The DR3 spectral data set from the 2011 survey to June 2015 has now acquired the world's largest star parameter catalog. Aiming at the related data of FGK star spectrum calibration published in the third issue of LAMOST, the supervised clustering center was designed based on the open source and efficient data processing R language software platform by using the parameter space corresponding to the Kurucz template spectrum. It is convenient to verify the difference of the theoretical parameter mesh. After normalization of the LAMOST measured spectrum, the distance quantity is chosen to describe the attribute directly, Euclidean distance analysis is used to distinguish the similarity between the spectra, and the corresponding attribute vector construction function is selected to judge the magnitude of the difference between the observed spectrum and the theoretical spectrum. The experimental results show that the spectral data of FGK type star measured by LAMOST are consistent with the data of Kurucz theoretical template library and the accuracy of parameter measurement. The results show that the spectral characteristic lines of the same parameters have good consistency. It is concluded that the physical parameters measured by LAMOST spectrum are of high quality and excellent reliability, which provides a basis for the improvement of the subsequent stellar atmospheric model.
