【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著信息化的迅速發(fā)展以及數(shù)字化校園的建設(shè),國(guó)內(nèi)各大高校在數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)也取得極大的進(jìn)步,大多數(shù)高校都建立了門戶平臺(tái)、統(tǒng)一身份認(rèn)證、數(shù)據(jù)交換等三大平臺(tái)和共享中心庫(kù),同時(shí)進(jìn)行了大量的管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè),比如人事系統(tǒng)、科研系統(tǒng)、教務(wù)系統(tǒng)等,這些平臺(tái)和系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)豐富了學(xué)校的數(shù)據(jù)中心,也給高校內(nèi)部的信息管理、辦公帶來(lái)了便利。然而仍然存在著教職工、學(xué)生需要重復(fù)填報(bào)一些表格,以及管理業(yè)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)隨著需求的變更而跟不上需求的變化等問題。針對(duì)上述問題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了 e表通管理系統(tǒng),給出了具體的系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用框架以及功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。e表通管理系統(tǒng)分為兩個(gè)部分,第一部分管理系統(tǒng),為用戶提供了一個(gè)公共表單填報(bào)平臺(tái),其技術(shù)架構(gòu)采用J2EE技術(shù)進(jìn)行開發(fā),B/S架構(gòu),運(yùn)行環(huán)境為Windows操作系統(tǒng),客戶端用戶通過瀏覽器進(jìn)行訪問操作,綜合運(yùn)用了SSH框架技術(shù),Spring業(yè)務(wù)層、SpringMVC分層設(shè)計(jì)模式、Hibernate持久層框架。管理系統(tǒng)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)包括:數(shù)據(jù)源管理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)字典模塊、表單管理模塊等。第二部分為表單設(shè)計(jì)器,為用戶提供一個(gè)可視化的電子表單設(shè)計(jì)工具,用戶可以通過它完成具體業(yè)務(wù)表單的制作,其功能模塊設(shè)計(jì)包括:數(shù)據(jù)字典的拖拽、表單制作、表單預(yù)覽等,其技術(shù)架構(gòu)采用java swing進(jìn)行開發(fā),C/S結(jié)構(gòu)。在系統(tǒng)開發(fā)完成后,對(duì)e表通管理系統(tǒng)功能模塊進(jìn)行實(shí)例測(cè)試,經(jīng)測(cè)試,系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶靈活制作表單、便捷采集數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)據(jù)展示、以及表單管理等初始需求設(shè)計(jì),達(dá)到了預(yù)期設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and the construction of digital campus, many universities in China have made great progress in the construction of digital campus. Most colleges and universities have established portal platform to unify identity authentication. Three major platforms, such as data exchange and shared central databases, have been built on a large number of management information systems, such as personnel systems, scientific research systems, educational administration systems, and so on. The construction of these platforms and systems enriches the school's data centers. Also to the university internal information management, office has brought the convenience. However, there are still some problems, such as staff, students need to fill out some forms repeatedly, and the management information system can not keep up with the change of demand with the change of requirements. In order to solve the above problems, this paper designs the E-form general management system, and presents the application framework of the system and the design of the functional module. The system is divided into two parts, the first part is the management system. This paper provides a common form filling platform for users. Its technical framework adopts J2EE technology to develop B / S architecture. The running environment is Windows operating system, and the client user can access the system through browser. The SSH framework technology is applied to the Spring business layer and Spring MVC layered design pattern and hibernate persistence layer framework. The function module of management system includes: data source management module, data dictionary module, form management module and so on. The second part is the form designer, which provides users with a visual electronic form design tool, through which users can complete the production of specific business forms, including: data dictionary drag-and-drop, form making, Form preview and so on, its technical framework uses java swing to develop C / S structure. After the development of the system, the function module of e-form management system is tested by an example. After testing, the system realizes the design of user's initial requirements, such as making forms flexibly, collecting data conveniently, displaying data and managing forms, etc. The expected design goal has been achieved.
