【摘要】:在未來的制造業(yè),智能制造是必然的趨勢(shì),三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)作為工業(yè)制造領(lǐng)域廣泛應(yīng)用的測(cè)量機(jī)器,其智能化是其發(fā)展的自然的趨勢(shì)。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)的智能測(cè)量,三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)在測(cè)量過程中的防碰撞是非常重要的。一種防碰撞的思路是在虛擬空間模擬實(shí)際空間,從而在三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)發(fā)送指令前對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)路徑在虛擬空間做碰撞檢測(cè),甚至智能規(guī)劃整個(gè)測(cè)量路徑。本文是在這種思路下,在虛擬空間中建立三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī),并能夠讀取待測(cè)工件的CAD文件,在虛擬空間實(shí)現(xiàn)了虛擬三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)的防碰撞。由于工業(yè)上使用的零件的幾何形狀各式各樣,在程序運(yùn)行前建立起模型是復(fù)雜的且不必要的,因此本文利用OCC(Open CasCadde)的數(shù)據(jù)交換模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)一些通用格式CAD文件的讀取,并利用OCC相關(guān)的建模技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)于復(fù)雜幾何體的碰撞檢測(cè),并得到了較好地效果。本文主要進(jìn)行了一下幾個(gè)方面的工作:1.利用開源幾何庫OCC在虛擬的計(jì)算機(jī)圖形空間建立了三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)以及被測(cè)工件;2.根據(jù)OCC實(shí)體建模的特征,利用包圍盒方法和三角面相交檢測(cè)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了各種不同復(fù)雜幾何體之間的有效碰撞檢測(cè),并利用Visual Studio 2013集成開發(fā)環(huán)境在Windows操作系統(tǒng)下實(shí)現(xiàn)了該程序;3.針對(duì)各種簡(jiǎn)單復(fù)雜的幾何體進(jìn)行碰撞檢測(cè),得到正確的結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了該碰撞檢測(cè)算法的正確性;4.分析了本文中碰撞檢測(cè)的性能,包括時(shí)間消耗以及碰撞檢測(cè)的精度等方面的問題。
[Abstract]:Intelligent manufacturing is an inevitable trend in the future manufacturing industry. As a widely used measuring machine in industrial manufacturing field, the intelligence of CMM is the natural trend of its development. In order to realize the intelligent measurement of CMM, it is very important for CMM to prevent collision in the measuring process. One idea of anti-collision is to simulate the real space in the virtual space, so that the motion path can be detected in the virtual space before the CMM sends instructions, and even the whole measuring path can be intelligently planned. In this paper, the CMM is built in the virtual space, and the CAD file of the workpiece to be tested can be read. In the virtual space, the anti-collision of the virtual CMM is realized. Because the geometric shapes of the parts used in industry are various, it is complicated and unnecessary to set up the model before the program runs, so this paper uses the data exchange module of OCC(Open Cascad to realize the reading of some common format CAD files. The collision detection for complex geometry is realized by using the modeling technology of OCC, and a good result is obtained. This article mainly carries on the following several aspects of work: 1. Based on the open source geometry library (OCC), a 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and a workpiece are established in the virtual computer graphics space. According to the characteristics of OCC entity modeling, the effective collision detection between different complex geometric bodies is realized by using bounding box method and triangle intersection detection technology, and the program is implemented under the Windows operating system using Visual Studio 2013 integrated development environment. The correct results are obtained for the collision detection of various simple and complex geometric bodies, and the correctness of the collision detection algorithm is verified. The performance of collision detection in this paper, including time consumption and accuracy of collision detection, is analyzed.
