【摘要】：受?chē)?guó)際環(huán)境影響,當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易環(huán)境復(fù)雜、嚴(yán)峻,進(jìn)出口增長(zhǎng)速度明顯減慢。需要通過(guò)制度創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新來(lái)提高貿(mào)易便利化水平,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。通過(guò)關(guān)檢合作實(shí)行“一次申報(bào),一次查驗(yàn),一次放行”的通關(guān)模式,將為進(jìn)出口企業(yè)帶來(lái)實(shí)實(shí)在在的“重大利好”。本論文通過(guò)梳理大連口岸實(shí)際貨物進(jìn)出口申報(bào)和查驗(yàn)、放行業(yè)務(wù)流程,根據(jù)相關(guān)企業(yè)和海關(guān)、檢驗(yàn)檢疫對(duì)三個(gè)一業(yè)務(wù)改革的需求,在研究全國(guó)其他口岸三個(gè)一系統(tǒng)建設(shè)成果的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)并完成了大連口岸關(guān)檢合作通關(guān)系統(tǒng)的整體功能。本文首先介紹了課題研究的背景、意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)單一窗口的研究情況。闡述了系統(tǒng)使用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),包括基于SOA架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的思想、RIA技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)等內(nèi)容。其次對(duì)系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行分析,明確整體業(yè)務(wù)流程和各模塊功能,以及易用性、可靠性、安全性等非功能性需求。然后對(duì)關(guān)檢合作通關(guān)系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計(jì)做了詳細(xì)的闡述,其中包括部署架構(gòu)、整體框架結(jié)構(gòu)和交互層設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容。接著對(duì)于具體功能實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,其中包括頁(yè)面展示和一些代碼片段。最后通過(guò)功能測(cè)試和性能測(cè)試來(lái)驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)是否滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)需求。
[Abstract]:Affected by the international environment, the current economic and trade environment is complex and grim, and the growth rate of import and export has slowed obviously. We need to improve the level of trade facilitation and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through institutional innovation and technological innovation. The customs clearance mode of "one declaration, one inspection, one release" through customs cooperation will bring real "significant benefits" for import and export enterprises. By combing the actual goods import and export declaration and inspection at Dalian Port, this paper releases the business process, according to the needs of the three business reforms of related enterprises and customs, inspection and quarantine, On the basis of studying the achievements of the construction of three systems in other ports in China, the whole function of the cooperative customs clearance system of Dalian Port is designed and completed. Firstly, this paper introduces the background, significance and research situation of single window at home and abroad. The key technologies used in the system are described, including the implementation of SOA architecture. Secondly, the system requirements are analyzed to clarify the whole business process and the function of each module, as well as the non-functional requirements such as ease of use, reliability, security and so on. Then the function design of the customs cooperation customs clearance system is described in detail, including the deployment architecture, the overall framework structure, the interaction layer design and the database design content. Then the implementation of specific functions are described, including page display and some code fragments. Finally, function tests and performance tests are used to verify whether the system meets the needs of users.
