【摘要】：查詢(xún)操作是交通服務(wù)類(lèi)App引導(dǎo)用戶(hù)智慧出行的主要途徑。本文基于情景再現(xiàn)視角指定三個(gè)任務(wù)情境,以兜兜、掌上公交為例,記錄若干用戶(hù)的實(shí)際體驗(yàn)歷程,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶(hù)反饋研究二者在操作行為、視覺(jué)效果及信息傳達(dá)方面的特征。公交應(yīng)用交互行為設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)盡量精簡(jiǎn)、保留核心操作并提供多通道交互,信息傳達(dá)圖標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格、尺寸要統(tǒng)一,以確保信息傳達(dá)的有效性。
[Abstract]:Query operation is the main way for App to guide users to travel intelligently.In this paper, three task situations are assigned based on the perspective of scene reproduction. Taking pocket and palm bus as an example, this paper records the actual experience of several users, and studies the characteristics of the two in the aspects of operation behavior, visual effect and information transmission combined with the feedback of network users.The interaction behavior design of bus application should be as concise as possible, keep the core operation and provide multi-channel interaction, design style of information transmission icon and uniform size to ensure the effectiveness of information communication.
