種子加工企業(yè)質(zhì)量溯源管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來我國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)水平取得了顯著提升,種子行業(yè)作為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)活動的起點(diǎn)對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的作用。從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的角度來說種子行業(yè)涵蓋種質(zhì)資源創(chuàng)新、品種培育、生產(chǎn)加工、銷售和后續(xù)服務(wù)等環(huán)節(jié),目前我國種子產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢資源主要集中在品種培育部分,后期的加工、銷售以及服務(wù)方面還存在不少問題,導(dǎo)致假冒偽劣種子侵害農(nóng)戶利益的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生,一些種子加工企業(yè)開始嘗試?yán)眯畔⒓夹g(shù)對其加工、銷售過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,取得了一些成效,但將種子加工全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈信息納入質(zhì)量溯源系統(tǒng)還處于探索階段。本文針對目前種子生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)質(zhì)量監(jiān)管過程存在的問題,提出利用RFID技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)種子生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)信息流、業(yè)務(wù)流的有效整合,在改善現(xiàn)有的管理模式的同時,又能確保種子質(zhì)量,讓農(nóng)戶買到放心的、高品質(zhì)的種子。通過對深入分析種子加工企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程,充分考慮種子生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等可變因素,本文采用RFID技術(shù),采用MVC三層架構(gòu)構(gòu)造系統(tǒng)的框架,結(jié)合種子企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)選擇SQL Server作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,以IIS為應(yīng)用程序服務(wù)器完成了種子加工企業(yè)質(zhì)量溯源系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。本系統(tǒng)包含糧繁基地管理、加工管理、倉儲物流管理等三大模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)從棉種種植、收購、加工、銷售各環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量溯源管理。通過使用本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行種子質(zhì)量管理,可以使得種子質(zhì)量的可追蹤性大大增加,具有精確、可靠、便捷的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在很大程度上降低了種子加工企業(yè)運(yùn)營成本,提升其產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力。本文系統(tǒng)采用的MVC架構(gòu)使得系統(tǒng)具有較好的擴(kuò)展性和可重用性。種子加工質(zhì)量溯源系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊,通過具體的編碼和一系列系統(tǒng)測試,均已成功實(shí)現(xiàn),進(jìn)入試運(yùn)行階段。經(jīng)實(shí)際使用,本論文所設(shè)計的MVC系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)容錯性良好,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,可以滿足種子加工企業(yè)在質(zhì)量監(jiān)管方面的需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the level of agricultural production in China has been greatly improved, and seed industry, as the starting point of agricultural production activities, plays an important role in the development of agricultural production. From the perspective of industrial chain, seed industry covers germplasm resource innovation. Breed cultivation, production and processing, sales and follow-up services, and so on. At present, the dominant resources for the development of the seed industry in China are mainly concentrated in the breeding part of varieties. There are still many problems in processing, marketing and service in the later stage. As a result of the phenomenon that fake and shoddy seeds are infringing on the interests of farmers, some seed processing enterprises have begun to use information technology to monitor their processing and sales process, and have achieved some results. However, it is still in the exploratory stage to bring the whole industry chain information of seed processing into the quality traceability system. Aiming at the problems existing in the process of quality supervision in seed production at present, this paper proposes to use RFID technology to realize the information flow in seed production. The effective integration of business flows can not only improve the existing management model, but also ensure the quality of seeds, so that farmers can buy secure, high-quality seeds. Through in-depth analysis of the business processes of seed processing enterprises, Considering the variable factors of seed production industry development trend and industry standard, this paper adopts RFID technology, adopts MVC three-tier structure to construct the frame of the system, and combines the characteristics of seed enterprise business to select SQL Server as the backstage database. The quality traceability system of seed processing enterprise is designed with IIS as the application program server. The system includes three modules: grain propagation base management, processing management and warehousing logistics management, which can be realized from cotton seed planting, purchasing and processing. Through the use of this system for seed quality management, the traceability of seed quality can be greatly increased, with the advantages of accuracy, reliability and convenience. To a great extent, the operating cost of seed processing enterprises is reduced, and the market competitiveness of their products is improved. The MVC architecture adopted in this paper makes the system have good expansibility and reusability, and the function modules of the seed processing quality traceability system. Through specific coding and a series of system tests, all of them have been successfully implemented and entered the stage of trial operation. Through practical use, the MVC system architecture designed in this paper has good fault-tolerance and stable operation. It can meet the needs of seed processing enterprises in quality supervision.
